This zoo is big with loads of different animals to see, a lovely cafe with a good choice of food and drinks. We enjoyed it immensely. We also loved the large second hand shop in the far car park, so much choice and great prices.

Sadly I was disappointed to find many animals habitats closed or that the animals were no longer there. The zoo is meant to be about saving endangered animals yet a lot of enclosures are used for crowd pleasing animals. I understand the need to keep an interest for visitors, but sadly my long awaited trip here was a jaded one. I hope there is a better future for the zoo and the animals kept here.

Really lovely, family friendly zoo. When we went (March) some exhibits were being updated/adjusted for different occupants. It is still a relaxing place to visit, especially mid week. Had great time communing with the Orangutans, giant tortoises, butterflies, geladas (cute rather than loud when we were there), many reptiles and amphibians.

A wonderful day out. The keepers really care for the animals and it’s great to see all their different projects for global conservation. Today we saw the new baby sloth!

Absolutely amazing time here! We spent a couple of hours here and seen a lot of animals. The zoo is very peaceful and quiet and the staff are so friendly and informative! They offer experiences at certain times for example feeding of animals and this was great! Would definitely recommend if you are in Jersey!

Visited the zoo on a very quiet, foggy November day but despite the attendance being quite low, it was still a fantastic experience going around seeing all of the amazing animals, particularly the reptiles being my personal favorite. The captivity quality is fantastic here, and the staff were very accomodating even in the miserable weather. The bat and turtle talks in particular were very interesting.
I may not be back in Jersey for a while but when I do, I will be sure to visit the zoo again.

For the price you get a lot for your money, shops inside is a bit pricy but if you take a picnic for the family you will not have to worry as much
