Brilliant place for a reasonably small zoo, lots of different animals. I'd recommend bringing your own food though as the cafes are very very expensive eg almost £14 for a panini with fries

I haven’t visited the zoo in years and was really impressed with the whole place. Lots of new additions and I thought it was £18 really well spent. Fantastic-well done and I will come back. I especially liked the Butterfly tunnel

Great place for all the family, not really like a zoo more like a stroll round a country park with animals.Highlights Gorillas and Orang-utans try to be there for feeding time educational and chance to see animals close up. Plenty other animals to see Bears, Limas, Butterflies, Flamingos, Reptiles to mention but a few. So a great day out in a lovely country side location.

One of the best zoos; ever. Fantastic to get close to the animals, the bat cave is awesome, the gorillas superb, and the poisonous frogs brilliant.

Excellent specialist zoo focused on habitat conservation and protecting endangered mountain gorillas and orang-utans. The zoo also has a collection of giant tortoises. Excellent cafes and plenty of parking. TV

I don't normally endorse or like zoos but this is extremely well laid out and is totally geared around providing the right environment for the animals etc. Mainly enclosures rather than cages and very informative notices and staff on hand.

Nous y sommes restés 6h. Zoo boisé et des animaux en forme. Je conseille vivement la visite du zoo.<br>Il est préférable d'y aller à l'ouverture, les animaux ayant moins chaud. La serre aux papillons était très surprenante.
