Bus travel worked well. Plenty of space and good to explore at leisurely pace. Good information provided and interesting talks by staff. Worth a visit.Visited on

Phenomenal!
Not like other zoo's as such, this has a much more let's look after the animals than just look at the animals. This makes the whole nature of the visit much more pleasurable and it's always good to learn how we can look after them. They whole place is such a beautiful setting with flora and fauna to suit, it all has that relaxed Jersey vibe. Only went with staying a few hours in mind but arrived at 10:30 and didn't leave till closing.

Loved it! Now my favourite zoo

Lots to see here. Thankfully it is not a zoo in the way many of us were exposed to. Bored animals in bare cages. It is a fabulous advert for the foundations work. That you have to sit quietly and wait for some of the animals to show themselves is not a bad thing. If you do nothing else sit down in the butterfly Kaliedascope, be still, and just marvell at the colours that skip around you.

Brilliant place for a reasonably small zoo, lots of different animals. I'd recommend bringing your own food though as the cafes are very very expensive eg almost £14 for a panini with friesVisited on

I haven’t visited the zoo in years and was really impressed with the whole place. Lots of new additions and I thought it was £18 really well spent. Fantastic-well done and I will come back. I especially liked the Butterfly tunnelVisited on

Great place for all the family, not really like a zoo more like a stroll round a country park with animals.Highlights Gorillas and Orang-utans try to be there for feeding time educational and chance to see animals close up. Plenty other animals to see Bears, Limas, Butterflies, Flamingos, Reptiles to mention but a few. So a great day out in a lovely country side location.
