It is a little zoo so do not expect a large establishment. Animals go to sleep so remember this and walk around until they wake up if you cannot see them at first glance. Lovely little oasis..... try and make sure you see the animals being fed as it's worth it.

Clean zoo, many animals were not seen due to the layout of the walks & vegetation in the way along the paths. Overall it was a disappointing experience & the cost was high considering what was on offer. We support the zoos idea of supporting conservation hence we went to see the What was available in terms of information was very limited.

Doesn't feel as vibrant as it used to, always a bit sad seeing animals in captivity but overall it was ok. An expensive day out if with kids, don't take food and get trapped in the shop on the way out!!

Really nice Zoo, with a great conservation message. The reptile house and large apes are great to see. You can easily spend 5hrs here. Lots of parking and the cafe was surprisingly good. I would say they could do with improving their signage, just finding the entrance to the butterfly house was not obvious at all, but the displays across the zoo are all really good. They also had the Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition on which was fantastic.

Wonderful experience as always. Such a great place, which as a family we love revisiting time and again. Great to see the investment into the space too.

This is such a magical place to visit & a must-see if you are visiting Jersey... This zoo has so much history & is just wonderful.

The animals are amazing & the infographics for all of them are informative & eye-opening, there is so much to see.

We had a great time just wandering around & taking in all the sights & smells of the zoo, every part of it was amazing & I can't wait to go back!

If you book online there is a discount, so we'll worth booking in advance.

The bus journey is lovely & doesn't take too long to get there, & the buses are quite frequent.

My family love a Zoo and always enjoy visiting this place, I would just say it's a zoo like every other but they really enjoyed it, kept them entertained for ages (too long imo) so full stars.

We have been zoo members for a while now, and after numerous visits, it's nice to see the upgrades being made to the site. The giant otters have officially become a favorite among the kids, along with the updated play park. As always, the hot chocolate is perfect for warming up while you stroll around on a slightly cooler day.

Loved the zoo, been here before but the new giant otters were great 👍. It's such a lovely place, not too large, lots for children to do. Orangutans were comical. Nice gift shop was very busy when we left, car park was full

I found this zoo overrated and overpriced for it's size/facilities. My children love capybaras and we tried to buy the capybara experience, unfortunately there is a limitation on age (my youngest is 6) so we didn't go forward with this. Overall the zoo is clean and well laid out and a way to keep children entertained for a few hours, wouldn't return though.

We did the meerkat experience with Sam, he was very knowledgeable and was very interesting. We got hands-on experience preparing the meerkats food and got to enjoy feeding them, whilst Sam told us amazing facts about them. I would really recommend doing this experience. The zoo itself was generally a nice day out. Very well kept, clean. There were good viewing points for all of the animals. Interesting information on Gerarld and his life. One thing to note is that this zoo prioritises conservation, so do not expect to see the big ticket animals like other zoos, i.e., lions, elephants, etc.

Fantastic zoo with great enclosures for the animals so they all looked like they had plenty of space and weren't cooped to. Seeing the orangutans was amazing

No wait when we got there. Used prebooked tickets made it easy, walking around following the route managed to see all of it . Got there early enough to see feeding time for most of the animals , Gorilla's and Orangutan's enclosure's just give you a sense of how awesome they are!!
