IPSWICH'S new University Campus Suffolk is coming along nicely and the dock area of the town is set for a real change over the coming months and years.

It seems incredible that at last Ipswich will have it's own university campus. Does this mean you can be a university town with being called a city?
Or is that "old school" thinking?
It just seems to me that the likes of Durham, Exeter, Newcastle and Liverpool . . . all big university towns are all cities.
