Serhan Ilker and his team cooked and served a 3 course meal to the homeless people of Ipswich.
We chatted to the Church Pastor and found out what they do to support the people within the local community, by providing a roof over their head, a warm meal, and by going out on the streets at night and offering support or even just a friendly face to talk to.
The event was embraced by the local people that attended and has also educated us as a team to think more about what we, as a hotel can do to help people that are less fortunate within the community."
