Well, if you live in or around Ipswich, then you should do. The transformation is completely unbelievable. The new Uni going up, shops, bars, it really is starting to look like a place of quality.
It seems decades ago the Ipswich Wet Dock was being planned and discussed and now it is coming to fruition. The buzz there will be around that place when Suffolk University gets up and running will be incredible.
Doom and gloom may be seeping out of every crack in towns and cities around Britain, but Ipswich is looking up.
