The Board of Directors are delighted to announce that The Chartridge Conference Company Ltd has been acquired by Vynett Ltd, a company related to Zetro Aerospace Corporation Sdn Bhd, which has expanding resort interests in Malaysia in addition to its main aerospace businesses in Malaysia and the UK. At our initial meeting with Vynett/Zetro management on 28 November, it was established that their intention is a long-term interest in the Company and its development, on the back of investment in our properties. Zetro have a significant business unit in Hitchin and they have been clients of The Priory for a number of years, so have some understanding of us. The senior representatives of Zetro will be visiting you soon in order to get to know your people and property better. In the meantime, it is business as usual and the Board and the Hamilton Hotel Partners team are continuing to direct the business on a day-to-day basis and in accordance with its existing commitment. .
