Street Food is getting bigger and this Thursday you can enjoy some real treats in Hitchin's Market Place, from 4-9pm.
There'll be Mexican, Lebanese and Indian delights on offer, as well as meaty treats and some of the best coffee in town.
The atmosphere is always nearly as good as the food, with live music, communal seating and a licensed bar.
If you have a particular favourite in mind for Thursday's supper, better get down there early, as it's usually packed into the evening.
