Pancakes have always been popular in Hitchin and this year's Pancake Fair hits the Market Square this Saturday - 9 February.
Lots of fun and fundraising going on so come along and take part. There will be stalls from some of our favourite local charities, including Garden House Hospice.
Don't forget the traditional Pancake Race on Shrove Tuesday - 12 February - as well.
