Whether you're a newbie to Pilates or more experienced, there's lots on offer at Pilates Pod. Even more so this month and next, as a new timetable extends opening hours  to seven days a week and more evening sessions.

There are new classes - Cardio Core focuses on core stability and works perfectly alongside a Matwork class. Then Studio Equipment Circuits targets the whole body around all the kit that Pilates Pod has to offer.

Added to new sessions and new classes are a bunch of special offers. New clients can try the new classes for seven days for the amazing price of £15. Current clients can try two of the new classes for free until Saturday.

Michelle Smith, owner and general Pilates guru said: "We asked our clients what they'd like to see and that's where the new classes have come from. It's an exciting time and we're glad to be sharing it. There is plenty of choice and the best option is for people to do  the essential Matwork class and then add another class.

"To help people out when they're starting on the reformer machines, we have a free 30-minute Reformer Orientation session. Once people get going and use it all regularly, they see a real difference in their core fitness and the overall health and wellbeing."
