Young Chef competition is on Saturday 12th January 2013 at the Centre for the Arts in Hitchin at 8.00 am.
Candidates need to be between the ages of 12 –17 years by end of September 2012.
Application forms can be obtained from Sue Manning constgard@btinternet.com from Tilehouse Rotary.
When you complete your application form you will also need to submitt a menu for a 2 course meal for 2 people to a total spend of £10.00. Waitrose has kindly sponsored this and vouchers will be sent to the successful candidates to purchase their food for the competition.
You will have 2 hours in which to prepare and cook your chosen meal.
Menus and application forms need to be submitted before Christmas so that the successful applications can be chosen so you don't have long to get your forms in!
