Hitchin Market Place goes French

We're fortunate in having such a great space as the focal point of our town, which is presumably why TV companies and advertising agencies keep using it as a location.

Sometimes we forget how lucky we are.

The bathroom sculture during last week was a bit of a monstrosity, but I bet it'll look great when it hits our TV screens in due course.

On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the French market pitched up and there was plenty of great produce on sale. Definitely not local, but a bit of a change.

The overhaul of the Cabbies' Shelter also took place last week, so it'd be good to see that used as more than a cupboard in the future.

It takes a lot of work to make sure these things happen and we're lucky to have Keith, Cherry and the whole BID team to make it happen.
