Saturday and Sunday (7/8 September) will bring a host of food and drink makers and importers into the centre of Hitchin.
Hitchin Street Food Monthly will be doing its thing as usual and there will be more than 30 food and drink stalls for you to sample and buy from.
The Creative Kitchen, a burrito rolling competition, wine tasting and the Hitchin Food trail will all help you get the flavour of our town.
We've always - well, since restaurants started opening up in Sun Street in the early 1990s by my recollection - had great food and drink choices in Hitchin and this festival gives us a great opportunity to celebrate!
