Aspire to fitness through dance

Fancy starting a dance class but don't know where to go? Join the lovely Leonie Shepherd at Aspire on Monday (it's a Bank Holiday, so there's no excuse!) for her Open Day.

Aspire Dance share premises with Back on Track up on Wilbury Way, so they're easy to find and their brand new dance studio - walls moved out of the way to give plenty of space - is a beautiful, light space.

You can try pilates, zumba and street dance, or ballet, tap and contemporary. Just 30 minutes at a time might help you find your fitness or creative class.

There'll be refreshments on offer through the day and a series of classes from 10am to 3pm.

Leonie said: "We have flexible payments, so you can pay by the term or half term, or just try a few lessons and see how you get on. We want everyone to have the chance to dance and offer a whole range of classes. Try them out on Bank Holiday Monday!"
