One of our favourite Hitchin charity shops helps the great work done by Humanitas. Now, you have a chance to join with a group of friends of colleagues in the Tough Mudder challenge to raise even more for their work bringing change to the world's most desperate places.
The Tough Mudder challenge is very, very dirty. It's tough, too. Hence the name.
Around the UK, there are a number of events. All 12-mile obstacle courses designed by the special forces to test competitors' mettle.
