It's that time of year again for hot dogs, sparklers and things that go bang, fizz and we go ooh ahh. A small fortune spent on a box of fireworks that last 10 or 15 minutes. But it's got to be done, whether you've got young children or not, each year organised firework and bonfires attract thousands of people.

The Head Boy and Girl, together with House Captains and Headmaster Mr. Iain Gilmour, were handed the keys and opened the new Robinson building in front of pupils, parents, staff and Governors.
Breachwood Green Primary School children in Hitchin love to read, so they were delighted to discover that they were the lucky winners of Raintree’s competition to win a visit from award-winning US children’s author, Michael Dahl.
