"A gem we weren't aware of." What a great place! Car parking free and several organised helpful parking attendants directing. We bought tickets online in advance for a Celebration of Speedway event (there's a Speedway Museum housed in the Park). Although we had tickets we still had to join the queue, but it was less than a 10-minute wait. The event was very busy, the museum was interesting with lots of bikes and memorabilia. There were several speedway bikes on display outside, some in small tents for viewing under cover, and others that were started up every hour. There were indoor stalls in another building and refreshments available to purchase outside under a covered seating area.
Afterwards we walked around the Park (like a zoo) and looked at some of the beautiful animals... tigers, red pandas, meerkats and camels to mention a few. Wonderful for children and adults alike. Would go again.

High price for what you get. Good ideas in theory but not as good as what we thought it should have been. Dinosaur land took about 15 minutes then it was done. The train was decent but you gotta pay extra for that. The zoo was decent but a but tight to manoeuvre around, especially in the reptile building. If the price was half I'd appreciate we pay for what we get. But it's not cheap and we found it was a few hours entertainment not much more. Chessington is a similar price point and provides much more entertainment in our experience.

Great place to take the little ones, 4 and 2.5yrs old. Animatronic Dinosaurs, a little train, plenty of play areas and a small zoo where you can get up pretty close to some big cats.

Friendly and informative staff.

Lots of investment going on keeping the welfare of the animals and park in great condition

Well, the place is great for going out with the children, plenty of options to keep them busy.
But I would avoid half term or weekends, especially when you risk encountering inconsiderate people that like to think they own certain spots or viewing areas.

Visited yesterday (20 Feb) for the Speedway event happening but spent the first part of the day going around the zoo (albeit pretty quickly due to the horrible rain and wind) but we must say that the park/zoo is the most clean and tidy one we have ever visited. There has been a lot of attention to detail and excellent viewing spots, especially the low level viewing areas for children. The animals all looked contented. Credit to the owners for all the hard work and upkeep on the place. We don't have children but if you do would highly recommend the place for a day out.

Greatly exceeded our expectations. We had a fantastic family day out, with lots to see and do. We were surprised at how life-like the dinosaurs were, and the zoo is brilliant - beautiful enclosures that allow for some incredible up-close interaction with tigers, lions, snakes and more. The children were even impressed by the soft play and the slightly-ageing outdoor playgrounds. The staff were also fab - all those we encountered were polite, friendly and efficient. We were worried about lunch as it started to rain and the safari restaurant was packed, but our food arrived in minutes. Well worth the money.

A lovely place for families with young children. We have invested in the season ticket so we can go on a regular basis. Sometimes we don't even see the animals, just the dinosaurs, soft play, playgrounds etc is enough!

Kids love it. Lots of different things for them. Loads of eateries but we did have a long wait for burgers to be cooked at the indoor one. I am disabled and didn't manage to see all the attractions like tigers and bears because of access. The entrance system to the park was a bit chaotic

Very disappointed with the 'restaurant,' we waited over an hour for food. 45 minutes in a queue and then had to wait for food! A disgrace, as it was half term. Short of staff to run the food outlets. They have a good idea in advance of how busy it will be as bookings are online. Advice? Take your own food!!

This is a great place for a day out for all the family to see and learn about some endangered animals. The zoo cares a lot about conservationist which is very pleasing. The animals seem well cared for although we would like to have seen more space for some of them. The staff are helpful and friendly and it’s a great opportunity to see tigers, lions, camels, tapirs, penguins, pythons etc. The only real criticism we have is the catering. There is scarcely any variety and it’s all very unhealthy food such as fries, burgers etc. There are no healthy options and not enough kiosks selling sandwiches. They need to get their act together about this lack of adequate provision. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our day.

We went to The Paradise Wildlife Park today for the first time with our 2 year old son. His eyes lit up from the minute he got into the park. There was so much to see and do - the dinosaur park is fantastic and you can pay a small fee and take a train rise through it. Despite it raining hard all day we had a fantastic time, it was definitely one too the best places we have visited. We will definitely be back again when the weather is warmer. Highly recommend.

Had a great day here, Meet the Meerkats experience surpassed my wildest expectations! Thanks to Sharon in the Discovery Centre and keepers, Charlie and Chris, who looked after us and made the day extra special, and extra special thanks to Zeus and Pandora the meerkats, for allowing us to enter their world and spoiling us! Lots of new attractions to see too. Worth every
