Fantastic day out and was easy enough to get to using public transport (and then a taxi). Suitable for a range of ages, play facilities, wildlife, aquarium and so much more. The venue is huge and the animals seem happy, a small selection of rides too. Aside from the food everything was top notch and I’d definitely visit again.

First time I have visited. Very impressed. Good family entertainment, not just wildlife, but also animated dinosaurs, bird flying display and great childrens play area.
Undergoing some improvement/expansion work but this did not interfere with enjoyment.

Always a lovely place. Not been for a while but the improvements to the enclosures are great and more to come. Loved the bird show and the bamboo cafe. Will be back for sure. Great play areas for the kids.

Very good for day out truth be known £80.00 for family of 4 think would be expensive otherwise enjoyable.

This was a great place to visit, they are currently rebuilding and adding a lot of extra sections which means that it seemed like there was less there, there were some animals like the zebras which showed on the map but ended up not being in the area they were meant to be, so a little confusing, however the potential of this park is amazing. I especially loved the cafe next to the tiger enclosure which really added to the experience. We are looking at going back in the summer on the basis of the new areas being added.

El lugar genial para pasar un día en familia , todo muy limpio , variedad de juegos para los pequeños tanto dentro como fuera .
Soft play muy guay para los peques y la señora que me puso el café súper amable y simpática.
Pongo 4 estrellas solo por que la comida del restaurantes donde hacen hamburguesas es terrible , la hamburguesa muy cara y seca y la patata con beans de mi pequeña rambien seca , muy decepcionado , por lo demás genial .

We took our older son here for a zoo keeper experience and myself my husband and daughter had a day in the zoo. My son enjoyed the experience so much. He was so surprised how hands on it was. Got to look after and hold lots of different animals. And all the keepers were so friendly and informative. Really lovely family day out will definitely be returning especially when the new bear enclosure is open.

Been here a few times I absolutely loved it tho so did my 3 Yr old son but he is obsessed with dinosaurs and animals a great day out I highly recommend it

We had the best day!
The dinosaurs were so realistic for most little kids. My boys absolutely loved it!
There is a big area for eating and for also a soft play area for smaller children.
You almost won’t have enough time to see it all. But it’s definitely worth it!

Had really nice day only down side is the resturant staff look like they can't be bothered! Alot of them just standing around not doing much, customers getting rather upset with waiting so long for which is meant tobe fast food! Otherwise everything else was good

There is lots of development and improvements going on around the site which is a good thing. The animals look cared for and healthy and the staff we met we very pleasant and welcoming. I really enjoyed my day here with my wife and grandson and found it good value for money. The only gripe I have with the quality of food served in the safari café. We had three hotdogs all of which were burnt, overcooked and almost in-edible, when we ordered them we tried to order without chips but they would not do that. When I said the chips will just get thrown away the staff said that was fine?? - is that really the attitude. Will not be eating here again but will definitely be visiting again.

The new bamboo cafe is grrrrrreat 😁 food lovely and staff really friendly and accommodating if you need an extra container or sauce separate. And the views of the tigers are amazing. Our new favourite lunch spot. Must visit 5/5*
