Amenities need a lot of work. Food kiosk's left all a lot to be desired, poor quality and food ran out after orders were placed. Coffee kiosk's selling warm mud water instead of coffee.<br>Zoo and Site was very impressive, great facilities for kids and adults with lots of tidy seating areas . Dinosaur walk through was excellent.

Great for really young kids, but for any over 9 or 10 it's probably better to go to a zoo if you want to see animals.

A great full day . Plenty to keep all age ranges occupied throughout the day . Well thought out viewing areas for the children to see most animals . Plenty of feeding times and educational signs and lectures . Several fast food outlets and picnic areas . When the children have had enough and want to let off steam then several play areas to explore .

The children enjoyed the dinosaurs section the most, they had a great time in the children's play area also.

Excellent place with very friendly staff and a lot to see. Most of it is accessible by wheelchair.
Talks in the animal park are very informative.
The foods at the various outlets are reasonably priced.

We visited on a very wet and miserable day so it wasn’t very busy overall. We didn’t have any small children with us so can’t really comment on the play areas but what we did see looked quite old fashioned. No queues for anything and we were easily able to get close to the animals but I do wonder how much we would have seen if it had been a sunny day when the park is busier. It was amazing to get so close to the big cats in particular, however, this did appear to be because the enclosures are so small. I was glad we had eaten before arriving as the food places didn’t seem to be up to much, the main cafe had lots of trays of half eaten food left on tables. Not sure I’d want to go back.

This was the first time I had visited here and it was a brilliant day out. Lots to do for all the family. We took a picnic do didn’t buy from the restaurant but the food did look nice. We will definitely be coming back again

We recently took 2 of our grandchildren for a day out here. The weather was dreary but the mood certainly wasn’t. My husband and I have senior membership which I would certainly recommend. Prices for the young children is quite expensive but they were occupied all day. We had a fun time visiting the animals and they particularly loved the penguins and lions. They loved the train and new dinosaurs trail. Time was spent in the splash pool and playground where we had a lovely picnic.

Love this place. Been going here since I was a kid now taken my kids. It's changed and got so much bigger through the years. Animals always seem at ease. Food on site and good parking. Prices to get in are well worth it, cheaper than most zoos but offer just as good as a day out

Great day out for all the family. Lots to do and see and it would take a whole day to see it all. Its very popular with families so get there early or expect a queue on nice days.

It is a nice wildlife park. But I did feel that it didn't have an amazing amount of animals but really good staff.

Amazing and so informative. Shirley our guide was excellent. She was so knowledgeable about all the tigers, snow leopards and lions. We were fortunate enough to witness a training session with the white tiger. There was some confusion about the afternoon tea but spending more time with the big cats was worth the wait. The location of the venue for the afternoon tea was breathtaking with the tigers roaming nearby.

Great for children to see animals but prices in food and drink is way to high. £2.80 for a ("large" but anywhere else would be a small) soft drink is ridiculous

We revisited after 3 years, and wow it didn't disappoint. The animal part of the park isn't massive but it's just the right size to walk around and enjoy with little ones (mine are 4 and 7). The dinosaur park and spalsh zone have been added since our last visit they were both brilliant both of my children loved them. It's really nice to sit down and take a break while the children play on the many play areas around the park. Mine especially loved the diggers. We took a picnic for lunch but the food being served looked delicious. Pop into the tree top cafe to get amazing photos and views of the tigers. We'll definitely be returning and I would recommend a visit to everyone.
