Not bad at all, its under a lot of construction at the moment, so all facilities are not open. Not too many animals. All you need is 2 hours there. The dinosaur side of the park seems like a waste as nothing much to see, i feel it could of been used for more animals such as giraffes, elephants, rhino’s etc. Staff are excellent. A big let down is food and snacks. I would suggest taking food from home as not much on offer.

Lovely way to spend a day out. Adult are only £19 which is cheaper than London Zoo. The live talks are great for some of the animals. They do need to the trees and bushes back a bit as its sometime hard to see the animals. Also there are currently works being done to the park so some areas are under construction. Overall great place to visit!

My favourite small zoo. Big enough to house a good range of animals in acceptable conditions.

Love this place - good value, not too busy that you have to queue to see the animals and the dinasour park is great. Great space for the LO's to just run around. You can easily spend the whole day here and have enough to do.

It was educational trip for our school children in London. History was captured so amazingly by creating life size daionasure world with movements, sounds and a lot of information on them.
Beautiful live animals to see and so many locations has play area for children.

Had the most amazing experience at this zoo with meeting the meerkats. My girlfriend bought me the experience for my birthday and it was truly special! I've done experiences before (not at this zoo) and was pleasantly surprised by how much interaction you get with the meerkats.

We had a great keeper give us so much information and was generally very pleasant to listen to - Scott. We got to sit right alongside the meerkats to feed them. We had the wonderful experience of meeting freya in particular, who loves attention and will climb all over you to get some scratches.

The rest of the zoo is very nice too. Predominately big cats but also with other interesting animals such as red pandas and otters (My favs)

Would recommend this zoo as a must visit!

We took the two boys and really enjoyed it. Snow leapords were lovely and whole park was a treat. Shame it got a bit cold towards the end so we had to cut down our visit so the boys didn't get enough time to play on the slides etc.
They really enjoyed the dinosaur bit as well.
Train ride is £2 - who carries £2?? So we unfortunately missed out.. just a tip for future visitors.

Good value for money. It isn’t the largest zoo in the area, however, there are many activities to keep young children amused. My pre-school child always has a good time coming here. They have their own soft-play area, multiple outdoor playgrounds, a dinosaur park and a train ride.

We have just invested in an annual pass (which if you're local I totally recommend you do - fantastic value) and have been here a lot in the last few months. I can honestly say it's a brilliant place. Literally something for everyone. Great variety of animals, huge variety of play areas for children, shows, talks, feedings, crazy golf, miniature ride on train, soft play, splash pool and soft play. You will get a full day out even if the weather doesn't cooperate!

Staff are all friendly and areas kept clean.

My only gripe is the coffee. Quite expensive for what you get which is just from one of those machines where you push a button. Tastes horrible too. Other than that no other complaints. Food otherwise is good and quite reasonably priced. If you want to bring your own there are plenty of places to sit down and eat it.

Go!

Small, very family friendly zoo just North of London. "World of Dinosaurs" seems to prove very popular with young kids! Plenty to keep little ones and adults occupied

We all had a great day. We had the school experience, for our Tourism GCSE class, and Katie our guide was great, giving us all the information whilst being friendly and helpful. We liked the new additions to the park especially the Dinosaurs.
