Lots to see great day out

We were there with my daughter and my young grandchildren (7years and 18months) there was something for everyone. The animals were amazing and well cared for and there was viewing platforms where you can see the animals in a nature habitat. However some are above the enclosures and not pushchair accessible. Everywhere else was and there were many indoor exhibits I see. Throughout the day there was talks on the different animals as well as feeding times to watch which was interesting.
There are also a lot of things for the children to do with a big adventure play park and rides for the children to go for free.
There is a delightful train ride for £2 per person around the world of dinosaurs. You can also walk around a larger area for the world of dinosaurs which move and make sounds. Each has a plaque explaining all about them.
There is plenty of places to have a picnic and food outlets to buy snacks and hot food. All reasonably priced.
This is a place for all ages and we will definitely be returning for another visit

Parked the car easily in car park 3,depending where you are coming from others are inside park. Liked the idea of a portaloo in car park ! Short walk to the entrance, followed, prepaid route stamp on hand and your in .We followed the dinosaur trail first, have your photo taken at the entrance and purchase later if you want too, staff show you different back grounds. Great sound effects and noises, places to take selfies with dinosaurs!.Lots of food places but pricey,we took a picnic lots of places to stop and eat around the park. Additional cost was a train ride which I feel should have been Included with entrance fee .Play park for children and a shoot the water at boats attraction extra cost.Lots of animals to be seen and talks at spsific times ,we had a lovely day there .

This place is really beautiful. Took our two kids for a day out but me and my wife ended up enjoying more than the kids. Just for the people who need to know, this place serves some Halal food. So you don’t need to take so much food with you thinking there might not be any. I also love the Motorbike museum they have there.

We were given a Shadow for the day as a gift. This was money well spent, fantastic interaction but with the welfare of the animal at heart. Keepers were very friendly and knowledgeable. I seems a lot of money, but remember your entry fee and breakfast and lunch are included. We got some free time at the end to visit the animals we hadn't seen. A full day of fun. Well done all concerned.
We also noted the amount of other thinks for the kids to do, swimming pool, dinosaur trail and endless parks. Will defo return with the grandchildren.

Went to the park with 5 year old granddaughter. She had a fab time. The highlight for her was the moving dinosaurs.. perfect for the under 8’s loads of information quite a large section of the park and even a train ride through. The animals looked well cared for, cages not massive but all looked in tip top condition. Play area nice. Soft play dreadful, but it doesn’t make a feature of it on map. Food terrible and very expensive. Definitely take a packed lunch. It’s a good afternoon, we paid £60.50 for 2 adults and 1 child. Well staffed, lots of animal houses to look into. normal gift shops, pricey. But all in all a good place to take the youngers.
