Place is great for family day out, we have our membership and we cherish it dearly. The only downside of the place is coffee. It is the worst coffee that I have ever experienced. Other than that tons of fun!

Good place for the kids. Sad to see the big cats in their cages. Pacing up and down stressed. Lions den was very wet and soggy not like Africa at all. But daughter loved it and the Dinosaur park was great.

We enjoyed an excellent visit and loved seeing animals at very close quarters with talks to enlighten us as to the work and conservation that is done with each animal group. The Tigers which we saw at really close quarters were fantastic as well as Jaguars. Feeding times are a great time to see each type of animal as they appear for the food and there is usually a talk to go with the experience. There are toilets, two cafes and an undercover seating area to observe the Lions. A great place for children at any time of year, including school groups. The shops are well stocked with a good variety of gifts.
In better weather there are outside picnic tables. Really rated the visit.

Unlike other wildlife parks - the moving dinosaur attraction was so realistic. So many different animal species.

My wife and I took our college age daughter to the park (which is an small but charming American style Zoo) and had a chance to feed the snow leopards. Its an easy trip from downtown London via tube to train and then the park shuttle. Took less than an hour each way. It isn't large like San Diego, and the dinosaur section is silly, as they even have a model of the dinosaur created from scratch by the scientists in the latest Jurrasic Park movie. However, you can hand feed either the big cats or the Red Pandas. We've seen Red Pandas in a few zoo, most are lazy. But the pair at Paradise really put on a show of climbing and cleaning and a few lucky people (for an additional fee) got to go into the attraction and feed them. Very endearing. My daughter and I chose to feed the snow leopards. which acted like the largest house cats in the word, rubbing up against the fence and following the keeper. You can wear gloves if you don't want to touch the meat (horse) directly, but I choose to try bare handed. Just like my cat's tongue back home, just 50 times larger. So amazing to be just a few feet from such a huge cat. Our guide was fantastic, with lots of knowledge of both the cats and the zoo. Crazy fun!

For a relatively small zoo the variety of animals here is astounding. An excellent place for the whole family to attend if however you prefer to have a quieter time and not get trampled by an army of push chairs I would suggest going during the week or outside of school holidays. Despite missing a few toes courtesy of some careless buggy drivers will 100% be attending again and will be looking into doing the animal experiences here as well
There dinosaurs collection is fantastic, if you want you can make picnic together, there is loads of place parents and kids can enjoy.

Best zoo in the London area! Healthy looking animals, good interaction, and staff willing to help out and answer questions!

Also very disabled friendly as well!

A good day out. Generally well run with some amazing animals. The dinosaurs are good too. A little pricey though. The gate fee is not cheap and some of the attractions like the train are extra on top.

Food is pricey but OK (standard for such places.) The coffee is awful. Coffee shop prices that gets you something that tastes like Asda value instant.
