Wonderful visit again. Grandchildren love it all. The dinosaurs, the little train ride and the zoo. What a lot to do in one day. The food in the restaurant at the beginning of the zoo entrance never fails to impress. Always a great selection and tasty.

Visiting with our kids, who are avid One, Zoo, Three fans, it was fantastic to see the zoo firsthand. Lots of happy looking animals in clean and modern enclosures. We had a fabulous day.

Lovely zoo, nicely set up and easy to go through as not too big. Lots of entertainment for kids as well, playgrounds and things to do.

As an adult I was disappointed. The dinosaur part of the zoo was brilliant but animal wise nothing to see. Zebra area was cut out zebra as were other animals. Saw one male lion in the distance, two camels nothing much else. Fine for little children as they like to run around. Lots of little school children who seemed to be enjoying themselves.

Brilliant Zoo!<br><br>We took our daughter for her 3rd birthday and she absolutely loved it. The animals, the very realistic dinosaurs, the outdoor play areas, the softplay. All were fantastic.<br><br>We went years ago when it was Paradise and it wasn't bad then but it has been significantly improved. I loved the animal enclosures being so spacious and the enormous windows so you have a really good chance of seeing the animals but they are not freaked out by being stared at, I think the glass is mirrored on the inside. I also liked the raised viewing platforms, just really well thought out.<br><br>The tickets are a little pricey but well worth it for a special occasion.<br><br>Thank you Hertfordshire Zoo.

We come here at least once a month as our children love it here. Great for a family day out and not too far from home. The Dinosaur section is a favourite for our family and also seeing the other zoo animals especially feeding times.

Wonderful knowledge and beautiful animals. Quiet overpriced for food drinks and metch,but I suppose most zoos are. Mainly come here for red pandas.

I went yesterday with my two kids and my husband and even though my husband told me was amazing ( we went before with the kids) I couldn’t believe it until I experienced it myself! It is probably my new favourite zoo, the toilets were clean and smell good, the dino part was just amazing! Everything about this Zoo you can tell is looked after! I wish people were a bit more kind and give better reviews to a business that is clearly looking after the details! Thank you for letting my kids live a beautiful experience with Dinosaurs.

It was wonderful to see the quiet zones and the offer of a free sensory bag for those who may need it. The kids loved the dinosaur park and train. The zoo itself is small but well thought out and beautifully decorated.

We've been members for 2 years and it's always being updated/new additions being added. The kids just love it! A shame members lost perks like the golf/train ride etc so we're not sure about renewing it a for a 3rd year but the zoo itself is great.

It is evening event from 6 pm till 9pm . For next 6 weeks with lots of music and food and animals. Great for whole family. Entry fee s less than twenty pounds.

As first time visitors we didn't know what to expect however we were pleasantly surprised and were very impressed with the Zoo. We were lucky to see a lot of the animals. The Zoo was very clean and we would return.

Great Zoo with enthusiastic staff. Enclosures have great views so you're almost guaranteed to see the animals.

We have a season ticket here and for a 4yo, it's money very well spent. There are lots of animals to see plus the new addition of the goat petting area is very engaging for the little ones.

Have visited twice in the past 6 months. Great selection of animals to see, lovely play areas and most appealing for our family is the Dinosaur themed area which is what we have come to visit the zoo especially for for a dinosaur loving 2 year old.

What an incredible little zoo this is, it was our first experience today and we can’t wait to visit again. Very well thought out layout and easy to get around, my praise goes out to the Sampson family for creating such an amazing place for both animals and guests.
