Great experience!!!! I rate service as best throughout (Customer Service, Follow Ups, Pick-up etc…). The solution offered is innovative where PODs are taken in truck to customer location and loaded immediately. This has taken all the hassle out and very good value for money. Overall excellent service. Highly recommend.

I remember the day the staff came to pick the furniture that needed storage, they were so organized, fast and were careful not to damage the goods. the staff was also very friendly. Having the peace of mind that the furniture is safe goes a long way and I have access to it anytime.

The staff were great when they came to our house. Very respectful. They included Poppy, Jack, Kevin and Richard.

They never turned up on the day they should’ve done said it was an error on the calendar however that put us through a lot of stress at an already stressful time however when they turned up the next morning there was absolutely brilliant can’t fault the guys at all that turned up and did all the work well done to the lads

Everyone I communicated with from the beginning were just brilliant. Rahim was excellent at the start, going out of his way to ensure I was up to date, on the day of the move I had to make a change to the timing at short notice and the guys accommodated without any trouble. Steven and Richard were just wonderful, courteous, friendly, efficient on the day.

I stored my things at easystorage for 2 years. I've never had any problems with it whatsoever. When I asked for return of my things, there was no problem to transport it to a place far away in London. While unpacking, I was accompanied by a very nice folks, Blair and Lucian, who kindly moved our stuff to the 21st floor in my building. I definitely recommend their services

Absolutely fantastic ! From Rahim who guided me through the process and helped place the order to Steve and Richard who delivered and filled the pods , this is an amazing company ! We urgently needed to vacate the house and sort storage and we achieved it with this great company . All calls were returned even if I didn’t leave an actual message and I was reassured all the time by the great communication . Packing was so efficient and with great care . But

Whilst facing a very stressful time in my life, easy storage made storing my items super easy and stress free. Special thanks to Karl and Dan for their amazing work. My experience with easy storage has been fantastic. Karl and Dan came to collect my items both times and were extremely friendly and efficient. They treated all my items with care and I felt confident in their ability to look after my things. After 3 months, I was pleased to see Karl and Dan returning my items again. Once again, they were friendly, efficient and careful with my items. Everything was returned in top condition. The cost was affordable and fair without putting me out of pocket. I would definitely use easy storage again, without hesitation.

Honestly can't recommend Easystorage highly enough. Was called mid-morning & booked same-day uplift & 2 wonderful guys, Alex & Paddy were here by 1pm and came into house uplifted everything and asked "there's still some room would you like to put anything else in?". Easy to book, had quick call from delivery manager to find out why I needed a quick pick-up & she sorted it within 5 minutes. From the lovely guy who took my call in the wee small hours (& called me once office opened to manage booking), the delivery manager, & the guys who did the uplift everyone went out of their way to be helpful. Didn't think Customer Service like this still existed.
