Incredible service! Blair, Darnell and Mihai were excellent. They were friendly, reliable, helpful, and able to help with anything we asked them to. Great communication too as they phoned before hand and arrived when they said they would. Cannot recommend enough!

Easystorage lives up to its name in that it was easy to arrange. It’s also good value for money. However I wasn’t overly impressed with the loaders that collected my items - they didn’t work very quickly and we had to do a lot of the lifting ourselves. I ordered and paid for two sofa covers but they hadn’t read the paperwork and so told me I had to pay for another one (only £4.50 but even so!). They also didn’t make much effort to fit things into the pods - we had to quite strongly suggest better ways to stack things (like putting boxes inside of units before putting other furniture in front) so that there was more space. It was easy to arrange delivery of the items and the guys that delivered were really friendly, efficient and helpful. A few items of furniture have been damaged (presumably due to how they were stacked) so definitely make sure you wrap absolutely everything really carefully. Overall a mixed experience and I think it definitely varies depending on which loaders you get.
