As usual they delivered an excellent service. They were the same team that picked up my household items and personal belongings before and took them to storage; they delivered the same service when they delivered. They were very patient when problems arose, very innovative and solved any hitches that presented, cannot praise them enough. Brilliant!

My experience was fantastic. Darron and George came before my delivery slot and rang me prior to check of it was ok. They were so professional and prompt, and made my move so much less stressful.

I would have given 5 stars but I feel disappointed in certain aspects of this service .
I spoke to this company as we were moving house & being in our late 70s I thought it would lighten the load if some of our possessions that we didn’t need straight away as we were down sizing .
I paid for collection & storage for one month , the items were picked up by 2 very nice men & loaded & taken away , all very satisfactory .
However 3 weeks later when I called to have our items redelivered to our new address I was astounded to have to pay another £240 on top of the £174 already paid up front .
I thought I was told that there would be no extra charge
for the return of our goods , so it was a big shock .
I suppose the moral of the tale is Read the small print .
