I have used EASYSTORAGE before and this was for the return of my pod. Earlier experiences for your teams has been difficult as my old flat was on the 5th floor with no lift but it was all well handled. This was easier but I was under a degree of pressure as renting a room and I had reluctant permission to store some items in the garage. I explained this to your team upon arrival ( within the booked timeslot) and they were immediately understanding and accommodating. Stewart and Richard were polite, reassuring and could not have been more helpful. I hope you can recognise them in some way. Each time your teams have been great, ( Sorry for the late review, due to winter illness)

From the first touch point, customer service was incredible. The sales guy helped me a lot and took the time to explain and then found me the best deal. The driver always kept me informed throughout the process and the collection of items was extremely smooth and organised... I think I will ever hire any other service again.

This is definitely the future of moving and storing! I was dubious of hidden fees but found the process of booking really simple. My queries were quickly answered on email and the day of collection was perfect. The 2 gentlemen looked at everything we had and moved everything with care. Donnel was really engaging and how the managed to fit everything into the pods was amazing! We will definitely use in the future, for moving and also storage. The fact they pick up and drop off is brilliant!

The guys were very friendly and although they arrived after their collection time (1-5pm) which was down to things out of their control, they still arrived at 8pm and made everything run as smoothly as possible!
