Very professional company, with a friendly and personal attitude to making your move as easy as possible. Really impressed with how kind and considerate everyone was. Really trust them with my things and I would recommend them to anyone. It’s also a really good and convenient idea to have collection, packing and storage all with one company. And much cheaper!

Excellent storage company, collection was easy and great advice on size requirements with plenty of options available. Insurance available at an extra cost, however I didn’t use this as I was storing personal property with only sentimental value. My property was stored for around 16 months and was returned undamaged. Fast and easy return with everything unloaded and placed in my garage (my choice). Friendly and helpful throughout. Would have no hesitation in recommending easy storage.

Jamie and Thomas did a great job loading the pod today. I'd paid for 2 pods but they managed to fit my items into one. Saving me over £200. Excellent service, I highly recommend easy storage.

The whole experience was absolutely fantastic. Les and his colleague ( I think his name is Tim) were incredibly professional, they treated every item with a huge amount of care, they wrapped up the front door to make sure it didn’t get knocked in passing and as it was raining they put covers in all the carpets to ensure these stayed clean. I asked them to put things in specific rooms and they were happy to oblige, which made my job of unpacking, etc much easier.
It was the same when they came to pick up everything 6 months ago. I didn’t have the boxes for things like the TV, computer, etc and they ensured everything was wrapped up and stored safely.
I had to contact their customer service team as the direct debit increased but shouldn’t have. As soon as I called them they realised it was a mistake and sorted it all out. They were also happy to change the delivery date due to a last minute change in circumstances. They even agreed not to charge me, even though they were within their right to do so. Overall, I am extremely happy with the service I received. Thank you!

The guys at EasysStorage were brilliant, arrived on time and completed a difficult job moving some large furniture from a top floor tenement flat and taking it off to be stored for a few months while we do some refurbishment work.
Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move some furniture into storage and I’m sure the return visit will be just as slick.

Absolutely brilliant service. The drivers called an hour ahead to confirm arrival time, no fuss about parking the van, came straight up and quick and easy no hassle loaded everything, made helpful suggestions about what more I could fit and were speedy, courteous and polite. Safely loaded, all smooth and stress free. Thanks Lenny, Samson, you made a worrying job so easy.
