I received a call from Paul that the would arrive at 1pm and they did.
The van was unloaded in under an hour with everything where it should be.

Customer service was excellent from Mohammed when making my booking and answering my questions. Smooth and efficient collection from Jack and Poppy and they managed to fit everything in to my pod. I can also get my stuff returned to an address within 8 miles of collection for free.

Extremely seamless and excellent service for both pick up and drop off of my luggage. Both my flatmates had issues with another company they used and I had absolutely none with easystorage. Blafr, Blay and Omar were also super friendly and experienced - would recommend to anyone else looking to move flats as they secure all of your items in a massive wooden box that gets locked/unlocked in front of you at pick up/drop off, so super secure too.

I contacted Easy storage and spoke to the consultant who went through everything clearly. We discussed what I needed to go into storage and they worked out the best size. I have been kept informed with emails. On the day of collection the team called first and were there as they said. Nothing was a problem for them.

We had our pick up from Edinburgh this morning. Everything was moved from our flat into the van in under 20 minutes and the two guys who were doing the pick up were great (I think their names were Eric and Arran) - excellent customer service, and super efficient! Talked us through all the next steps and answered our questions, putting our minds at ease as it was the first time we have used Easy Storage.

I had a really positive experience with the collection of my items. They sent three staff - David, Michael and Lennie - who were great. Very proactive, efficient, helpful and friendly. A totally different experience to one I had back in July with a different company. Very pleased with easystorage so far and would definitely recommend.
