Alex, Paul and Paddy were all fantastic. I really appreciated them trying to fit all our belongings in the pods and their advice when things were too tight, they were so kind to sort out an extra pod for us by bringing a spare van. They were really friendly and I hope that we may be lucky enough to get them as a team for our move into new house. Thanks again to these three !

Service from Easy Storage is highly dependent on which branch you choose. Devon/totnes branch and Tom is excellent, he goes above and beyond and has the customer in heart/mind through the whole process.
Dorset/Poole branch, however, is mediocre at best - watch out for arrogance, hidden fees, and lack of accountability.
If you’re in Dorset I would look for another company.

Highly recommend this service. Sorted only 2 working days after enquiring and made so much easier without having to organise a van and sort the belongings out at the other end.

Both men worked quickly and effectively and managed to move the entirety of my belongings from a first floor flat within 15 minutes.

The advert for this company popped up on my mobile screen just at the moment I needed it. I couldn't find storage companies anywhere where I lived. But this company sorted me out in minutes. Collected my stuff the next day, put into their store and assured us we can have it back with 2 days notice. They turned up on time and couldn't do enough to help. It took all the stress out of a desperate storage situation. Thank you very much.

Speed and Efficiency
5 men turned up at 9.00am sharp and emptied my house of all the furniture, storing them in two pods and taking these away for storage. It was a quick and efficient service and the men were friendly and helpful.
I have advised Easy Storage that it will not be so easy when the delivery of my furniture is being made as the road is narrow and I do not know the neighbours in the road I will be moving to. Easy Storage have assured me that they can navigate any roads, so I look forward to a quick and easy move when I am ready.

Mehran, Olly and Jamie were ace, they made the whole process stress-free. They handled the whole move in to our new place in a couple of hours and also had great advice for a couple of issues we found in the new place, really appreciated their perspective! Also one of my bike’s wheels had been damaged in storage but they were really helpful in sorting out the insurance process, it gave me loads of confidence in what could have been a really stressful day of moving. Thanks guys!
