The booking and paying for easy-storage was an easy process. The guys moving my belongings were good and arrived within the allocated time slot, however, I didn’t receive a call beforehand to let me know a more specific time of arrival. The guys said that their tablet lost internet and they had to contact head office. This makes me wonder why head office didn’t take the initiative to call me and let me know. A small but frustrating oversight.

Just yesterday while in Paris, I phoned to arrange a collection and short term storage - hoping for today. Raheem couldn’t have been more helpful. Easily booked in, I could enjoy the rest of the day.

The movers were really great! I didn't have to lift a finger and they got everything packed away quickly and safely. They were also very friendly, which is always a bonus! The system as a whole is very convenient as well, especially for people who can't drive their stuff out to storage.

Simply outstanding service, I highly recommend you use easyStorage in South Wales. Tyrone and Karl (owner operators) are incredibly knowledgable, hardworking and compassionate. They went over and above what one would expect of a service like this and helped in any way they could. I was storing the contents of three bedroom house which they organised and executed with zero issue. I am delighted that we chose to use easyStorage and have full peace of mind that our furniture and belongings are in great hands.
