Great experience booking, I had a few questions but these were answered quickly. Booking was efficient and online. The team showed up when they said they would, they were really speedy packing our things and treated our possessions with care, and then they packed it all up and tooled it away for us. So so easy.

Want to thank Gary & Pete for doing a good job . They were delivering my brother’s stuff and he was well impressed. They kept us updated with times etc very efficient. The company itself , I had a little misunderstanding with them but it was resolved quickly. I would still recommend using them .

Wonderful as always. One of the men Alex was actually the man who did my removal. So helpful and friendly the pair of them. Even helped me with my sofa. Just such sweethearts. Highly recommed Paul and Alex. Everything is in perfect condition also.

Amazing service once again!! Timely, super efficient, smooth running and friendly return of my furniture from storage. Excellent communication from Emma and Alex throughout this whole process, and Daniel and Harvey who returned my furniture were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They worked so hard and kept their sense of humour throughout. I was so anxious about the return of my furniture but this whole process has been stress free from start to finish. I can’t thank you all enough!! Definitely highly recommend. A wonderful team!!

The booking process was very smooth and I was very satisfied with the level of communication before the pick up. Lenny and Daniel arrived on time and were very professional and quickly took everything away and stored them nicely in the pod. I have moved many times but they definitely made this one a very easy experience.

The customer service was excellent from the moment I first made a tentative call to find out about storage through to collection and packing of my possessions into the pod. Moving and packing are stressful but EasyStorage were so helpful and experienced. Everything was carefully explained. There is plenty of contact. The drivers arranged a time with me and called the day before and also on the morning of the move. They bring a big van with three pods and spare packing materials and were happy to pack things when I had run out of packing materials, and so cheerful and friendly. They also packed the pod with experience and care. I would highly recommend EasyStorage. They understand customer service and helped take the stress of moving and needing temporary storage off my mind. Thankyou!
