Suraj, Sajaan and Ryan were fab. They readily took on the challenge of emptying our dining room, garage and extension, including some heavy furniture and awkward items. They were friendly and worked well together to efficiently fill our three pods, including placing items we’ll need access to near the pod door.
It was an absolute pleasure to have these guys in our house and, based on my experience, I would recommend easyStorage to friends and family.

I have faced difficulties reviving my storage as I had already moved away from the UK and I want to have my storage sent to my new home, which is beyond their regulations, storage pod is only allowed access to person or representative and staff are not allowed to make contact with storage items. However, the staff were helpful and patient enough to help by asking for special arrangements for this case from their headquarters, managed to help measure weight and size of items stored and contact shipping agents. Though they had not faced these requirements of weighting, sizing and contact shipping agents before, they still managed to get everything done before the rent period refreshed. Thank you all very much for all the help provided, putting time and effort into this work beyond the company's regulations and out of the range of staff responsibility.

Trevor and Lenny brought my unit back to me, they were both so lovely, super relaxed and gentle with my belongings! I’ve had my house in storage since November and I feel super happy with the experience, nothing broken, everything was so simple, just what people need when moving!! Really professional and friendly service who done all they could to accommodate my needs. Every member of the team I communicated with was so helpful and polite. Honestly, if you’re looking for storage units, these should be your first choice! They even offer a delivery service and take all items to your door. Not only did they efficiently transport my possessions in to storage over six months ago, but also they looked after my stuff extremely well, and yesterday, Darnell and Stelian, two very pleasant, very organised, hard working guys, from Easy Storage returned my possessions to me. I was given a 4-hour time slot for their arrival and they arrived in the first hour, which was excellent. They unloaded my stuff with care and left things very tidy in my new flat. Thank you for your excellent service !!
