Great rate deal and fantastic crew (Jerry, Jonathan and Hammad) who helped in loading the pod according to the way I’ve requested to be well organised and easier to manage my goods in case I need access.
The reason I wouldn’t give 5 stars is because, ideally it’d be amazing if there were more easystorages in other London areas, at least zone 3 and 4. Also, I’m not very happy in having to book access to the storage within 2 working days in advance of my visit, plus being allowed to manage my stuff with only 1h for free instead of having 24h free access without charge comparing to other companies in the market.

Staff are a really asset to this company as well as the ease of which you can get stuff picked up and stored and returned. Richard was great at keeping me up to date at all stages and was a great help throughout.

Couldn’t recommend this company more. Great storage units at a very competitive price. I called up every storage unit in Nottingham looking for a storage unit between 10-25sqf. Easy Storage said they only started at 35sqf, however their cost was literally half the price of another competitor who wanted double for a 10sqf!!

Suraj, I wasn’t able to make my original slot and they were super helpful and managed to squeeze me in instead of just saying ‘nope missed your slot sorry’. They helped me unload my car and put it all in the unit and were super friendly. I honestly can’t thank them enough, they really went above and beyond- Give them a raise!

Easymove saved my day! Ed manager and two movers ,Dan and Clayton, really understood my situation and helped me to store my furnitures and boxes in the last second! Wish you the best guys!

Putting some of our stuff into storage really took the pressure of of us for our house move. The whole process was easy and the two guys that came to collect (and deliver) were so helpful and really careful with our things. We will definately use easystore again. The only detail that we missed was the fact that the storage cost increased after three months and we had not realised but otherwise a fantastic service. Highly reccomended.

Using an easypod for longterm storage. Paid for the collection and it was a great service. Really good communication from the company and the guys were so quick and efficient but also careful of our possessions. Donnell and Gavin, what a fantastic team. Great professionals. The move was super smooth, the best I had in London since I came 12 years ago. They work fast, but with caution, not even a tiny scratch or mark on anything, on walls, furniture. Took good care of all boxes, furniture, suitcases, art pieces... They are also really nice and friendly. I will refer them to all my friends! Thank you both. Maria

We needed our pod returned to a storage unit close to home. It was easy to arrange, I was updated on the day with estimated time of arrival. The two man team, Vermell and Gavin were very efficient and helpful, even assisting me with the lock on the storage unit. Very happy with the service received and would recommend Easy storage.

I say this, because I broke down minutes from the storage depot, with minutes to spare. In desperation, I called Easy. They came out and first fixed my insurmountable breakdown problem and then stored my items.
