This review is specifically for Easy Storage Essex managed by Ed & his team. I have to state this because the level of customer satisfaction offered by Ed goes far & above the standard offered by Easy Storage. Ed is a lovely guy who is flexible & accommodating. His customer engagement is superb. I wouldn't be with Easy Storage at this time but for Ed. Welldone Ed. Praying your business grows to greater height. You deserve it!!

The team (Lenny and Samson) turned up on time and communicated well. They were professional and courteous. The pod storage system is very clever and means that once items are loaded into the lorry at the kerbside, they don’t leave the pods again until they are unpacked upon re-delivery. Therefore less potential for items to be damaged.

The communication from email to phone to confirm timings and details was on point; The team at moving day was excellent: great communication, well prepared, polite, attentive and ready to answer any questions or concerns we had. The service was carried out swiftly by Chris, Kyle and Trevor. I'd certainly recommend easystorage and use it again in the future.

I was super stressed about packing and getting it all put in the pods but the two people that came on the day was just so helpful. I can not even explain how relieved I felt. They helped with everything and they were so friendly and reassuring. I was worried it wasn’t all going to fit in the end, as we were running out of space but they managed to make it fit. Great stacking! Moving can be such a stressful experience but I honestly felt like they took some of that stress away. I can’t remember both the males names but one of them was called Jay. Both were brilliant! Keep up the good work guys you’re doing great
