Darnell and Lee have been great. They called me well in advance to let me know if the exact time they would arrive, they came in time, they unloaded everything in 30 minutes and left. Easy! I only interacted with the younger one who was friendly and nice. Generally the experience with Easystorage was straight forward and great.

The team (Gavin/Darnell/Jamie/Olly/Rentzy) were the most professional I have ever worked with, polite efficient and fast, nothing was too much trouble. Extremely good prices compared to all other firms and I would highly recommend. I will always be employing Easy Storage for my collection/storage requirements.

It‘s the second time that I have been using easystorage whilst I go abroad for work and it once again was amazing service. The admin team responded quickly to my initial request and held a date for me until I could make a final decision. Very last minute, I had to change my move date to an earlier day and Gavin was able to book me in for today. The communication has been outstanding throughout. Gavin and Darnell were wonderful during the pick up! They got everything downstairs from my 4th floor flat and loaded it into the pod using blankets to further protect furniture where needed. They really put me at ease with what is usually a very stressful situation and I am looking forward to the delivery.

I'd never used easyStorage until today 24th May 2023 but now that I have used them I would definitely recommend them to anybody.
They arrived here in Leicester within the four hour time slot and got to work straight away.
The three man crew did an absolutely superb job.
Jaylen and Theo never stopped during their time here, and they took great care with all of my things as they took them out to the lorry. Everything fitted perfectly into the two pods I had ordered, and I was very impressed with the whole operation.
They really do make it easier for us at easyStorage.

The pick up drivers were absolutely wonderful, both were extremely polite, friendly, on time and made sure I was updated on their arrival throughout the day. It also took them only around 10 minutes to load all of my stuff to their van which is impressive. Too bad I didn’t ask for their names but I believe one of them is named Tim! Thanks guys for the 10/10 service

They were good and was gonna leave them a good revuew until today. I gave them a number to call today when they areive and called them twice before today last week to confirm and they said yes and yet they still had not changed my number so called someone else and got everything wrong so i was very late and it ended up affecting my whole day plans and ruined an important day and plans for me. Honestly i would stay away as their admin and office team are extremely bad at communicating and just pointless only good thing about them is their low prices thats all. Cheap service!

All interactions with the company were pleasant and helpful, starting with the online chat. I was told that someone would contact me the next day and they did. When we unexpectedly needed packing service at short notice this was easily arranged. We asked for an early collection time and this was accommodated. The only slight glitch was the collection team was expected at 9.00 am and didn't arrive on time but when I phoned to enquire my query was dealt with politely and efficiently, with the company phoning my daughter who was waiting for the crew to bring her up to date. The team turned up at the new time and collected our things efficiently.
