This process with easy storage has been just that: easy from beginning to end. The booking was straightforward with clear pricing and no nonsense, and they provided clear instructions on how to prep for the move. The movers themselves were excellent, speedy, and helpful. I would recommend 100%!

Quick and super professional service from Darnell, Stelian and Taraka. All three were incredibly helpful, so polite and made all the heavy lifting look easy, even when it wasn't. Job was done and dusted in half the time I expected! Would definitely reccomend these guys.

Would 100% recommend this service to anyone looking for storage. Their single pod provides more than ample storage for a 1 bed flat. Their customer service was extremely accommodating with my requests and were more than happy to patiently answer all my questions. On the day of return, Darnell and Stelian helped deliver my items to my flat. They were extremely helpful when I came to unloading my items despite the challenges there was with the delivery.

They were as good as the first time I met them. But you're still not gonna give them a raise (to maximize profits) despite them promoting a positive image of your company and making loyal customers out of new customers. You say that you "value and recognise the hard work of our team", but you don't reward that with neither a raise or a bonus (obviously I'm addressing those responsible with setting and changing salaries and not the baseline employees in the team). I don't know who you're trying to convince with that, but yeah, their quality of work is probably above whatever fixed salary you provide, and just like other companies, I bet you're quick to write them up if they were to receive a negative review. Other than that, they were in an out in 6 minutes or less. 10/10 would reccomend. Thank you for reading and I hope you have the day that you deserve

Liam and Thomas came today, I really appreciate that they were polite, quick and respectful of me and my belongings. I was concerned I wouldn't fit everything in 1 pod so I ordered 2. As it all fitted in 1 I was assured I would be refunded back the cost of the 2nd which was a relief. Excellent customer service on the phone too. I was called beforehand to check everything was in order, I didn't have to call them. I wholeheartedly recommend this company!

Paddy, Pete & Derek were brilliant, notified me of their arrival, had everything moved in and placed in the appropriate rooms in 40 minutes and were polite, friendly, tidy and extremely professional. I will start with my experience via the telephone, Toran gave me excellent customer service. He also gave me quotes so low I couldn't have gotten them cheaper elsewhere.
Amazingly, my stuff was also moved for free and as Toran said to me on the telephone, I didn't lift a finger.
Oliver and Richard were fantastic! They gave me professional advice, worked with ease and were fast and efficient. I was even informed that my stuff would be brought to me whenever and wherever I needed them! Isn't that wonderful?!
I will recommend EasyStorage anytime.

I had two pods returned, and paid congestion charge fees for each one, which leaves a bad taste, as they were on the same van. Return was not even in the CC zone, altho appreciate they may have needed to drive through it for speed. So that's why it's 4/5.
Update: EasyStorage were in touch as a result of this review and refunded one of the charges, many thanks to them for that, it was much appreciated.

Every interaction I have had with this company has impressed me. They are so efficient, friendly and helpful. The men who came to collect our items were fantastic. Professional, tidy, respectful, friendly and fast.
The pod system is really efficient and we were credited money back once it became apparent our stuff would fit in one pod instead of the two I had originally requested.
