Very good service from initial telephone booking to uplift of furniture. Communication via email throughout process was good. When a change to slot time this was communicated and agreed to. Alex and Paddy did a great job putting furniture into storage van unit and used one unit for it all. Very happy.

Initially I was unhappy that they came later than expected. However, Lee and Darnell were absolutely AMAZING. Service with a smile, happily did the work. Didn't make me feel uncomfortable as I was alone. And also had great energy around them and got it done efficiently.
I am disappointed that they had absolutely NO support equipment (shoulder dolly or back support etc.) Considering they had to lift a freezer and washing machine. They did it happily but I think it's wrong that as an employer to these workers - you should provide them necessities as I've mentioned above to make the work easier and also take off unnecessary loads

Fantastic service, great flexibility and friendly staff. Something I was not looking forward to turned out to run very smoothly from the planning all the way through to delivery to my new home. I cannot rate this service enough, I would definitely use them again, they worked with me all the way.

All my boxes had to be carried upstairs as building work being carried out throughout bottom floor. They were so friendly and nothing was a problem. Did the job with no issues.

Had an excellent experience with easyStorage! The removers were super helpful and patient with us! We had a lot more to store than we initially thought because of how last-minute or move was, but the team was very supportive and kind. Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs to move quickly and/or is on a budget.

We used Easy Storage in London, UK and the whole concept from booking them, them picking up our furniture, storing it and delivering it back with 4 days notice worked sublimely.
They only charge for the collection, for the actual time you store with them and the delivery.
The lads carried the furniture in and out and up to 4th floor, they were so helpful and just great guys.

I arrived from a flight at 10:00 am and due to train strikes, I had to wait for a bus which took a long time... I called easyStorage to inform them that I will be late for the delivery and they helped me by moving the delivery slot 20 minutes after the original time. That was a lifesaver for me as I have arrived at my place exactly 20 minutes late and I managed to make it on time for the delivery. Lenny, Jon and Hammad were the crew for the delivery and they helped me take all the boxes to my room. They were incredibly helpful, kind and understanding and I would like to thank them for the great help they gave me. Overall it was very easy to do the entire moving and storage process while being abroad.
