Had a time slot between 1 and 5. Had a text to say they would be here at a time then another to let me know that they were running slightly late, which happens but they let me know which was absolutely fine.
The same gentlemen delivered my stuff to me that collected my stuff a year and 6 months ago!
They were just as friendly delivering as they were back then when they collected. So professional and polite. Done in lightning speed too.
Not all my stuff has been unpacked yet so I'm not sure of any breakages, but big items had no mould or any damage. Boxes also appear to be in tact so i am feeling positive.
I can highly recommend easy storage, a little pricey especially to deliver. But well worth it knowing you can have peace of mind with your belongings.

The staff that attended the pick up of furniture was very transparent , extremely knowledgeable as well as friendly. The staff that took the furniture cared about the belongings that was going the pod.

22.03.24. Removal men were friendly and polite and super helpful and careful with furniture that needed removing that were bigger than smaller items. Will deffo be needing them/asking for their help again in future. 👍🏼

I had a fantastic and efficient and great delivery today. My things were delivered (having been collected and in storage for about 6 months). Jaime and his assistant were right on time and really careful with everything. I highly recommend them.

The removal guys were extremely courteous, helpful and understanding - they moved the items quickly, they were accomodating with requests from me on the items being moved. They certainly made sure I'll use easy storage again, a great credit to the company

What can I say…. an amazing experience with these guys, from booking with them was so easy, friendly staff and so helpful. On the day of pick up… they were on time and ready to go. Picked up all my stuff at my storage place and placed into the pods super quick. Jerome, Bradley, Trevor, Alex and Chris amazing guys. 10/10

Very positive experience, would recommend. Great customer service throughout. Toran was happy to help with any questions we had prior to the move. Our movers, Stephen and Richard were also great. They were very polite and professional and took great care with our items and not to mark any walls etc.
