The driver rang me in the morning to let me know that the van had broken down but that they would get to me but it would be later in the day, he was very apologetic and kept me informed. When they arrived, they were efficient in loading all my items and explained where they would be stored and what the process was. I couldn’t fault them and would recommend EasyStorage.

Would give more stars if I could. Arrived early to pick up, kindly asked if we could do earlier but as we were still packing we said no and they waited for hours without losing their friendliness. When they picked everything up and we were about to sign, they mentioned we had more space and encouraged us to add more if we wanted despite this meaning more work from them. WILL NEVER LOOK AT ANOTHER STORAGE COMPANY AGAIN.

Very good service. I would only advise not to leave clothes in a chest of drawers,as I did, because then we had to empty the drawers and put everything in plastic bags.

Communication was easy, helpful and very friendly booking their service with Ms Hayley Arno. Was not there when belongings were loaded on truck, but was told everything when smoothly. Very happy how everything worked out. Definitely recommend them!

Great work and thankful for all of the help moving out and moving back in.
