Overall a very good experience. Crew and 3 pods (just to be on the safe side!) booked for between 9 - 10am but got a call at
7:40am saying they'd be with me in 30 odd minutes but would wait until I was ready. Better earlier than later than the agreed time! The two guys - Jerry and Luke -were calm, friendly, patient and professional and everything was loaded within the hour using only 1 pod in the end.
So my experience - including initial booking with Hayley - was a genuinely stress-free, quick and Easy one!

The removals and storage was easy to book. Due to underestimating size of belongings EasyStorage were quick to provide additional pod.
Crew on delivery day turned up early and with two wagons. House contents loaded in 90 minutes which was very efficient. Crew were very professional throughout. Delivery day. Crew turned up 30 minutes after stated delivery time and with 1 wagon. Although crew were again professional the fact they had to unload and then travel, reload and deliver second load was unprofessional. What should have been a 1 hour delivery took 4 hours. I booked a move three weeks ago.
Pro:
- They arrived ontime.
- None of my stuff get damaged after moving.
- They are cheaper than most of other providers.
Con:
- I bought for a mattress cover, but I didn't see any protection for my mattress.
- At first they said they will record the time as 1 hour(it was like 1hour2mins really). But today I got a new £70 bill from them, without explanations. It was not a good experience.(UPDATE: They contacted my immediately and pay the refund, so overall it's quite good)

Was originally in Big Yellow but they put their prices up so I decided to look around. Easystorage were great, they offer a “switcher” deal where they sent a van, loaded my stuff and transported everything to their easyStorage depot. I didn’t even have to be there!
I am now pay less than I originally was with the other storage company and have a price promise that the price will never increased during my stay and it cost nothing to move...perfect.

Pick-up in Walton Vale, Merseyside couldn't have been better. Van with pods arrived exactly at the time promised and contents of house were loaded 5 minutes within the allotted time (it would have been easy for the operatives to have stretched it into another paid hour but they didn't - unlike some other companies I have used for utility repairs etc).
Return of contents to new house in Huddersfield 4 weeks later didn't go quite so smoothly as the team were delayed on a previous job but we were given updates on arrival time so were not unduly inconvenienced. The unloading and return of contents went as well as the pick-up. Would certainly use again - a great stress-free move.

The service from easy storage when I needed it was excellent and the two guys who came to pack the unit we’re professional and focused and did the work in just under an hour which kept my costs down. The office staff were extremely understanding when it became apparent that the unit needed moving to another place because of the weight and they organised this without any extra charge to me. I would definitely recommend easy storage.

We were getting some major work done on our house, and it was easier to get the furniture stored for the duration.
For the money, I can not fault this service. They arrived when they should, took all the furniture (bar one chair), and loaded onto the van within 45 minutes.
I had to extend my storage and this was done automatically without fuss.
Getting it back was no problem - they came an hour or so earlier than booked, always a bonus , and unloaded in 22 minutes.
The whole experience was one of top notch customer service, friendly staff and a professional approach.

Andy and Kevin were very courteous and helpful on the day. Notified me they could arrive earlier than the scheduled pick up time which I agreed to. The collection of my items was extremely swift and the loading of the items was completed in 20 minutes. Good team work between the four of us.
