Easy and efficient. Only whinge is the Loading capacity - didn’t réalise there was a weight limit. So although our stuff should have fitted into three pods, it didn’t due to not being able to fill to the top.

The storage crew, turned up promptly at expected time, they were quick and efficient at loading my belongings, very friendly and courteous. A slight confusion on the location for my storage was resolved with a quick phone call to the office- so all round very happy with the service so far.

Very good service. Saves messing around with van hire and getting help from people with heavy items. Would recommend of you don't need access to what you are storing and don't want the hassle of hiring a van. Will be using again if needed

Just had my belongings collected and packed into storage with the fantastic help of Peter and Rob. We had a lot of stuff and all in all the packing and collection took no more than 10 minutes - they are brilliant! Such lovely guys that made the experience even better. Can’t thank them enough!

I have been with storage companies many times over the last couple of years- as an international student, I had to store my things over the summer as I left the country. I've been with so many storage companies and been disappointed every single time. Either they didnt offer pick up, or they demanded we use their overpriced boxes, or they demanded a massive deposit + an expensive padlock, there was just ALWAYS something that made me think I should've gone with someone else. And then came easystorage.
I found them after going through multiple websites for storage companies, they were probably at the bottom of the search page. I called them up, and within a matter of MINUTES, I was informed on the correct amount of space required and given a price that was affordable. They came at EXACTLY the right time, picked up all my items and packed them within 10 minutes, and wore gloves and masks as well! I have never been so impressed, and I have 100% found a storage company that I will be staying with from now on. They allow you to use whatever you've got already to pack, they charge for pick up/drop off but not for the actual van, and the service is ABSOLUTELY lovely. They're warm, they know what they're doing, and they actually care about their customers. I am so bloody impressed!

Highly recommended. Arrived on time and managed to load my stuff on to one pod instead of two, cutting my monthly Bill in half. Not every company will do that for you so this was very much appreciated.
