Arrived a little late but they phoned and explained why and didn’t cause us any problems as they worked hard to get the whole house packed up into 3 pods in less than 2 hours. Will use again.

Really impressed with EasyStorage. Troy and Sam were amazing, both worked quickly and efficiently to load all my stuff. They even kindly dismantled my table which wouldn’t fit down the stairs. I was worried my stuff wouldn’t fit in a 35sqft unit but they did a great job of loading it and there was room to spare.
Much easier than when I have previously moved my own stuff into storage using a hired van. I would definitely use Easy Storage again.

I contacted Easy Storage online initially to put a few items into storage. Although they very all very polite, I was a bit frustrated that I continually was told that a Storage Consultant would contact me to answer questions such as ‘where exactly will my items be stored’.
Anyway it’s all good, Tariq and 2 friendly team members arrived on time, assessed the items and loaded them carefully into the POD in no time.
A great experience and one I would recommend.

Great service , got an email the day before and in morning , the guys that came out rang us in advance , really friendly and helpful , for everything done so quickly we had 3 pods , used storage before lots of times by far the best service and great value , used the easy storage Glasgow office

The gentlemen who came to collect my things were second to none. They were kind, polite, professional, understanding and wonderful on every level.
They called to warn me that there had been a delay at the depot and then worked quickly and diligently upon arrival.
A third guy came out for training and the way they were explaining things to him shows that they really care for and take ownership of their trainees. This was heart warming to see.
They were respectful of my things and excellently communicative in ensuring I was fully aware at all times.
I would and will recommend them to anyone who requires storage.

A very mixed experience but ultimately resolved with excellent customer service. The initial pickup was stressful - I was required to help with the lifting and carrying (despite assurances on the website), and inexperience on the team resulted in slow loading and me being charged for the extra time. There seems to be a glitch in the online booking for returning property (it says the delivery address is outside the service area, which it isn't), but the telephone team were helpful booking it in person. Despite these issues, Hayley on the customer service team was enormously clear and helpful and was able to refund me the extra charges. Overall I think I was probably unlucky with the collection experience, and would recommend the service in general.

Simply outstanding removals service. I needed a cost-effective way for my belongings to be picked up, stored, and returned to a new address at a later date. All interactions have been seamless and scheduling pick-up/drop-off was a breeze. The biggest credit goes to Gavin and his crew for being the most polite, considerate, and helpful team. They've assisted with supplying packing materials and were very careful when loading and unloading to leave both properties unscathed. Oh and they have the most competitive price on the market (and I like to shop around).

From start to finish Easystorage has been fantastic. Really easy to book. We were moving two properties into one, so needed some storage until the house sale went through. On the day the two men were very friendly and worked quickly and safely during such unusual times.
I was really impressed with the low cost to pack and store our items and we had everything safely in storage for a couple of months.
When it came to returning our items, again the process was so effortless, and they worked quickly and safely. They laid blankets all over the main walkways to protect our carpets and even offered to leave a few so we could continue to protect our carpets whilst we got the house sorted as the weather was so dreadful.
Thank you so much for helping to make such a major move feel so effortless. We highly recommend using Easystorage and would definitely use them again.

Great, The easy store loaders arrived a little early-after notifying me to let me know-which I was more than happy with and we got it loaded into the pod in 21 mins! Easy from start to finish, a very professional and helpful team....thank you.
Would recommend and use again if necessary. Great to have excess stored ready to sell flat without a lot of stress.
A tip: I did need to change the Collection time after making my original booking and didn’t get a response from the two emails I sent however, after resorting to the the chat feature on the website someone phoned me back straight away and was very apologetic about the missed emails, I certainly felt that I was just unlucky rather than this being a normal procedure. It was also during the Christmas period so I think is understandable.

We originally went with easy storage because the price was really good compared to other removal and storage places. The team of 2 movers arrived promptly, were very friendly and professional and communicated well throughout the day. They did an excellent job of getting everything dismantled and packed. The only reason we’re not giving 5 stars is because we ended up not having enough storage pods, which meant my husband and I had to take more time off work to go back on another day and move quite a bit of stuff in to friend’s garages, which is a shame because it would have been good to just get it all in one place. We did go through the contents of the house with the call handler on booking, who estimated 2-3 pods, but turns out we’d have needed 4 pods. I guess it’s hard to get it right when you can’t see how much stuff there is! We would definitely recommend easy storage, but maybe err on the side of getting an extra pod just in case, as you can just get it refunded if it’s not needed.
