We had 2 guys come to pick up our storage items. They were very professional and efficient - they managed to pack everything neatly into 1 container instead of 2 and in under 1 hr. Would highly recommend.

Gavin and Olli came and picked up my stuff yesterday. They were kind, efficient and professional and made everything run smoothly. I haven't yet had the stuff delivered, so can't yet comment on that, but very pleased with the pick-up process.

The team was extremely professional from the booking, to collection to the final delivery.
They allowed me to have access to my Pods with no problems, booked in advance and I only had to leave the boxes with the staff and drive away.

Had Pete and Jack come and empty my house today and they made it the least stressful part of moving house. Lovely guys and nothing was too much trouble, they were brilliant in every way. Fingers crossed I get them when I come to needing everything back.
Can't recommend Easy storage enough. In 45m they'd emptied a 2 bed house, packed the pods and were on their way. No mess, no hassle of taking everything to a storage company yourself and a decent price

Easy and efficient. Only whinge is the Loading capacity - didn’t réalise there was a weight limit. So although our stuff should have fitted into three pods, it didn’t due to not being able to fill to the top.

The storage crew, turned up promptly at expected time, they were quick and efficient at loading my belongings, very friendly and courteous. A slight confusion on the location for my storage was resolved with a quick phone call to the office- so all round very happy with the service so far.
