Despite problems with arrival time, delayed due to a punctured tyre. Communication was very good with phone calls keeping us advised of delay.
The team worked hard and packed the contents efficiently meaning only two of the three pods I had booked were needed which will mean savings in total cost to me. Very friendly workers who despite being new to the job followed the team leaders instructions to the letter and completed the job faster than I could have imagined.

We used Easy Storage to remove the contents of a house we completed on yesterday and put them into storage. As their name suggests the whole process from start to finish was Easy. We chose them because of their competitive price, availability and also because they had good reviews. I spoke to a customer services lady called Aari a couple of times before making the booking to discuss how many pods we would need and she was so helpful and efficient. She gave me her direct line number which was great. We got to choose a time slot, 8-10am and on the day the manager called us 30 minutes before they arrived. They were really careful with all our belongings and the sofas and mattress's were wrapped with pre ordered coverings for a small extra charge. We had a large wardrobe that was difficult to get out of the room and downstairs but they were extremely professional and managed to get it out safely. The pods were sealed and will be stored until we need them for the next house. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you guys for making a stressful experience less so!

Cannot recommend EasyStorage enough! It is such a quick and easy process. Kevin and Robert from the Chelmsford storage centre were absolutely amazing, so lovely patient and just all round lovely men. Utterly fantastic - I was a bit sceptical about using Easy Storage and when speaking to other removal companies they told me to stay clear of using them. They arrived on time on the removal day and things could not have gone better - they were polite, helpful and did everything they could possibly do to make it a very stress free experience - a big thank you to Richard, Robert, Ben and Tom, as well as Kevin and Aarti, for making such as a very stressful day less stressful - thank you Easy Storage - a big thumbs up for a recommendation!

Moving is never easy. Moving during a pandemic is even worse (especially for vulnerable people like me and my partner) but John and his team have been so helpful, so professional and so hard working that they made moving very easy. They went so much above and beyond our expectations, it is honestly impossible to imagine someone providing a better service. Communication has been excellent, fast to respond, always kept us informed and always polite. They were punctual, extremely accommodating with our requests and always willing to help. They took very good care of our stuff and also their customer service is by far the best I have ever received, not just by a moving company but in general. I honestly cannot thank them enough for their help and support and needless to say, if I ever need to move again, I will make sure to definitely use Easystorage again.

The amount of anxiety i've had about this move in the midst of a pandemic has been unnerving. Things weren't completely packed and we ended up needing more space than we booked for. We booked the storage only 3 days ago and I honestly believe Sam and Mehmet who handled it onsite today were sent from heaven. I've never seen a pair so efficient. If it was possible to ask for a pay rise for them I would. When it's time to get these items back I hope i'll be able to request them specifically. This has been such a stressful period for me and I cannot thank them enough for all their help today. They genuinely went above and beyond.
