Would give more stars if I could. Arrived early to pick up, kindly asked if we could do earlier but as we were still packing we said no and they waited for hours without losing their friendliness. When they picked everything up and we were about to sign, they mentioned we had more space and encouraged us to add more if we wanted despite this meaning more work from them. WILL NEVER LOOK AT ANOTHER STORAGE COMPANY AGAIN.

Very good service. I would only advise not to leave clothes in a chest of drawers,as I did, because then we had to empty the drawers and put everything in plastic bags.

Communication was easy, helpful and very friendly booking their service with Ms Hayley Arno. Was not there when belongings were loaded on truck, but was told everything when smoothly. Very happy how everything worked out. Definitely recommend them!

One of the best experiences I have had with a moving company. They were professional, on time, helpful and most of nice people. All the items were moved safely and in a timely manner.

Great work and thankful for all of the help moving out and moving back in.
Only thing is that no masks or PPE was worn when helping us move back which was concerning given the COVID-19 health risks.

staff were punctual and very professional.They ensured that they were aware of which items were to be put into the pod.They made me feel at ease,as I am female,live on my own and disabled.
The removal men explained every step of the procedure/removals and explained as they were carrying out the packing of boxes/items into the pod about any questions I may need answering.
I would not hesitate to recommend the staff/company to others,and had already started doing so before they arrived as it reduced any stress I had as my property was being looked after in a secure unit and climate controlled and that I only have to contact Easystorage for any of my items to be returned.It has ensured that I am more relaxed knowing that I can get all the building work completed in the house with the knowledge that my items are elsewhere and wont be damaged when work in the house is done.Abig thank you to Pete(think thats his name) and Rob for all that they did for me.

My experience of easyStorage from the first phone call has been excellent. Everyone I have dealt with has been extremely professional and helpful. The two men who came to collect my items for storage were on time (a bit early in fact), very courteous and helpful. They were very careful not to bang into walls and doors, respectful of my property. I couldn't have asked for a better service and I will highly recommend easyStorage to anyone I know.

This was a last minute internet search and I am very grateful that James did the booking as he had a slight clash of bookings. So far the service has been excellent. The removers arrived on time and were efficient, quick within the hour and were very careful with my belongings in the pod. The pod is a great idea and I think people should use them instead of using others. I will sure recommend them to my family and teaching friends. Thank you Guys.
