My experience with easy storage is so far very good. We recently moved house, and are doing some renovations. So I called them a day before I needed my stuff to be moved and stored, and a very friendly and pleasant company operator picked up the phone and everything was arranged and sorted within an hour. Their price is very good and competitive. They even offer insurance at a reasonable price, in case an item is damaged. The pick up driver was so good and respectful. They gave me a call prior to pick up, to let me know when they would be arriving, and arrived on time. They uploaded all my furniture, and listened to my needs. My stuff are now safe and securely stored with easy storage, until I need them. I will definitely use them again, whenever I need to store something away, and will highly recommend them to family and friends.

My collectors were VERY efficient, great communicators and incredibly friendly and helpful. They finished my job very quickly and left me very confident that my things would be kept safe. My only complaint is that they did not arrive until after my designated slot, meaning I was waiting around for longer than anticipated.

Wow! Does exactly what it says on the can! Russell and Charlie were excellent! Everything was done very quickly, very efficiently and without any fuss whatsoever. A lot of flexibility and adaptability was required because of access and the guys just got on with it. Brilliant job!

We recently used Easystore to move out of our home of 20 years. In preparation for the move we bought boxes, bubble wrap and tape to prepare and protect all of our belongings ready for the move. We placed as many items in a room as closed to the front door for easy access ready for moving day. When the guys arrived on site they did a quick review of what needed to be moved. We found them polite and caring with our belonging emptying the house in just over an hour by 10 mins. They also packed these items into 2 pods rather than the 3 which had been suggested saving us money on storage. Whilst I thought the two young guys were respectful and excellent at their job I was disappointed at having to pay for an additional hours labour time due to the 10 minutes into the second hour. Very simple service to set up and use would recommend.

Really good prices but expect your items to get knocked about depending on the team.
First team that collected my items were great. Managed to take most items within 3 storage units in around 2.5 hours and were quite careful.
However the team bringing back the items did quite a bit of damage to some items, but this I imagine was likely due to the transit from the warehouse in the van, rather than their handling which is understandable. So I suggest any valuables like televisions etc. are bubble-wrapped yourself securely. Likewise any delicate items such as mirror dressers, should be partially dismantled to lower the risk of any damage.
This said I would recommend and use again but with much more caution for items.

Would thoroughly recommend. Used EasyStorage for a house move. The online booking system is easy and I was called in advance to confirm an arrival time, which was spot on. Storage costs are very good value, but be mindful to keep a small bit of your budget spare for extra loading/unloading charges if you go over the inclusive period. That said, the guys worked their socks off and were friendly and polite throughout so I cannot fault. Thanks Richard and Steven, top job.
