After a minor glitch at the start - which Jonathan and Nigel promptly sorted, this company are amazing and I would highly recommend them. Rather than leave us with an issue, they worked very hard to accommodate us - now that’s Great customer service 🤩. Jonathan himself came the following day - what a lovely man! And helped my other half load our stuff. 5 Star!!!!!! Thankyou 🤗

Experience was fantastic with both the booking and the removal into storage. Very professional and friendly. Joe who did my booking stayed on well after his shift to ensure we had everything completed. The removal guys were brilliant. A pleasure to deal with and would definitely recommend. They managed to fit us in at very short notice by rearranging their schedules. Rang on Thursday 6pm removal into storage complete by Friday 4pm .

This was the second part of the service. Gary and David done an excellent job of bringing our stuff back from storage. Immaculate job and both Gary and David were incredibly helpful and friendly. Again amazing job on both sides and well worth the service. Cheap, easy and extremely convenient. All your storage needs use easyStorage.

They have made my house move so easy and stress free. Excellent customer service, and nothing is too much trouble.
I am downsizing and don’t really know where I’m going to put everything in my new house, so I booked three pods to arrive a couple of days before my move to take all of my non-essential things, and another three on my actual move day.. the three pods collected on the day I move out will be the first three delivered when I get the keys to my new house. The other three can wait until I’m settled in .. so easy and stress free!
Once the last of the pods go.. I’m off on holiday!!!

Tim and the team were fantastic. Very friendly when they arrived and explained how it would all work. Really efficient loading the pods and kept me updated with their progress. Would definitely use them again and would recommend the service. So much easier than putting it into storage myself.

I used easy storage today, I was very impressed with the professionalism and speed in which they worked. The two gentleman, John and Andy, were very friendly and polite and handled my furniture like it was there own. I would highly recommend them.

I cannot fault easyStorage. John any his team where on time, organised, hardworking and very fast. They packed the storage unit not only carefully using blankets to protect certain items, but used the space efficiently to allow us to get the most amount in the pods. The office and staff where also always helpful and easy to get hold of on the phone. Super company recommend to all

Great service, the guys (sorry I forget their names, I think one was Gary, they cover most of Scotland) were amazing. Couldn't believe how much stuff they managed to pack in a single pod.
Arrived within the time window, took about an hour to careful fill the pod. I felt like all our furniture was in safe hands as they packed it up. They didn't rush it at all, always talking about the best way to fit things without damaging anything. They even had furniture blankets on hand to protect some items.

Fantastic movers. Quick, efficient, helpful and really nice guys. They managed to clear all the furniture from our flat and get it down 3 flights of tenement stairs - impressive effort in less than an hour! They took the time to make sure our furniture was safely and securely packed away and protected. Everything from booking to collection was really straightforward. Would definitely recommend. Give these guys a raise!

The collection and loading service was fabulous. It took half an hour to load the pod. All items were carried from the loft to the van.....I was impressed by the efficiency. I'm hopeful the delivery and unloading service will be just as smooth.
