Great service, the guys (sorry I forget their names, I think one was Gary, they cover most of Scotland) were amazing. Couldn't believe how much stuff they managed to pack in a single pod.
Arrived within the time window, took about an hour to careful fill the pod. I felt like all our furniture was in safe hands as they packed it up. They didn't rush it at all, always talking about the best way to fit things without damaging anything. They even had furniture blankets on hand to protect some items.

Fantastic movers. Quick, efficient, helpful and really nice guys. They managed to clear all the furniture from our flat and get it down 3 flights of tenement stairs - impressive effort in less than an hour! They took the time to make sure our furniture was safely and securely packed away and protected. Everything from booking to collection was really straightforward. Would definitely recommend. Give these guys a raise!

The collection and loading service was fabulous. It took half an hour to load the pod. All items were carried from the loft to the van.....I was impressed by the efficiency. I'm hopeful the delivery and unloading service will be just as smooth.

From the first phone call Easy Storage have been a great company to work with. Ziggy in the office went out of his way to rebook my slot after I cancelled when I thought I had found a company to move me in one go on my completion date. On
the day, Russell, Charlie and Angus were polite and friendly. They worked very hard to carry the numerous boxes I have down 2 flights of stairs. By taking the majority of my worldly goods a week before completion they have taken a lot of the stress out of moving. I would certainly recommend them.

My experience with easystorage wasn't that good, unfortunately. The drivers arrived on time and they were spot on, friendly and helpful. When I wanted to book my stuff collection, you can't book it on weekends, so I've ended up paying another over £100 just to collect my things on Monday because my monthly storage time finished on the 12th. And I couldn't collect it earlier cos my new home wasn't ready legally yet to move in. When I've arrived on Monday to collect my things I was charged another £35 because I didn't book my collection but I've spoken over the phone with Tim and I've told him I'll be collecting my stuff so he just said ok and gave me the address as I've requested. That's about it.

Very efficient and punctual. I stored my stuff with them for one month and got my preferred pick up and drop off times. All my possessions are in good condition, including a mirror and glass bottles. I'm happy with their service and I'd store with them again.

I was very pleased with the service easyStorage provided me. The crew was very polite, helpful and did an excellent job. All the crew members: Mehmet, Sam, Traver, Troy & Roman worked really hard on the day. They were very efficient too. I would like to have the same crew members back when I move to my permanent place.
