The removal was incredibly easy and very quick and efficient. The three men who dealt with my move into storage were brilliant. Also the person who helped arrange everything on the phone before hand was very helpful too. A really positive experience from the start and very simple. Made a very stressful time much easier.

Quick move - really helpful.
We are moving house and have a month "gap" between places. We booked EasyStorage to come and pick up our stuff in Edinburgh. We had three guys show up: Paul, David and Alex. They gave me a call before they arrived with an ETA, communicated really well about what they were doing, and were really quick in packing the van.
Great service, I'd recommend it.

The easy storage team went above and beyond to make my move as stress free as possible. They were friendly and super helpful and took really good care of my belongings. There were a few challenges with large pieces of furniture to manoeuvre and a bed to dismantle but they managed it all so well and were chatty and friendly throughout. Excellent service.

Via a quick phone call with a very helpful & informative Easy Storage operator, We successfully arranged to move my belongings from an extortionate rival storage company to an easy storage unit. The 3 ES removal men that came to collect & move my belongings were early:-), but not pushy, friendly but professional and got the job done in record time. My items are further away, but safe & being stored at a reasonable rate. Very pleased with overall service received from all members of the ES team I had contact with.

The van was on time, in fact 30 minutes early which was great! The two guys were efficient and very professional - carried all of the heavy things and knew exactly what they were doing. Very careful with all our items and understanding when we asked them to be careful with certain things. They were both from agencies but we would 100% recommend for them to be hired as per me any staff

Friendly helpful chaps arrived and took care of everything although wasn't happy to have my payment doubled due to slightly going over the hour. Feel as though I should have been advised at the hour mark and asked if they should continue. Feels a bit sneaky to me and not great customer service. Moving house is stressful enough which is why we use services such as these but hidden costs cause extra stress

I am very happy with how easy and streamlined my moving day with EasyStorage was. EasyStorage gave reminders before my actual moving day (5-day and 1-day reminders), which were very helpful. On the day itself, they gave a phone call to explain how the process would be. Since I lived in a residential area and parking was very tricky, I wasn't able to secure a big enough parking space for my 35-cubic-feet-POD. Yet, Danny and George (my assigned movers) were very resourceful and able to get the moving going despite having to park several houses away. Thank you so much, guys! Efficient, friendly and astonishingly quick. I have so far found every stage of this process designed to create maximum convenience for the customer and every one I have dealt with from the operators booking (and almost immediately changing because I realised I needed a different date) to the guys who collected and packed and hefted boxes of books with practised ease everyone has also been cheerful and friendly.
