On the day of the removal, the easy storage team were brilliant, we all work together to complete the move quickly.

Mehmet was at both our pickup and delivery he was great! Really personable service and careful with our furniture and new home. He was joined by Delvin at the delivery and he was fantastic as well. Highly recommend EasyStorage to anyone needing storage and the fantastic team make the process really "Easy" they were on time at both pickup and delivery.

Richard and Kevin from the Chelmsford, Essex branch went above and beyond to help transport large items into two pods, including a very heavy vending machine.
At first I placed a booking with one of EasyStorages' competitors but later cancelled when I calculated the cost of hiring a man x 2 and a van on top of the storage unit costs. EasyStorage were able to provide a free van collection (cost of the labour only) and were competitive with the actual storage costs too. The booking system was easy to use and the response email put my mind at rest. It was also nice to know that should the items remain in storage for longer than anticipated, the rates would not increase.

Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my pod so I am unable to comment on the storage experience. However, the cancellation process was straight-forward. I contacted customer service and they arranged a full refund, which I had back in my account within 2 days. Luckily I was in a position to give 5 days notice so I had no financial penalties.

This is the first time I have ever had to use a storage company and these are first class. I wouldn't ever use another company now. Turned up bang on time, really nice fella's and even when I made a mistake and left a few items behind I called them and they turned around and came back to get the items.
