I would like to thank everyone at easyStorage for making my move a happy and easy one. All contact by phone and text was friendly and very helpful. Particular thanks to Andy and Shaun for making the delivery of my furniture and boxes today a pleasure rather than a stressful experience. They made the return of my furniture so much easier than I thought possible. They were really helpful, friendly, respectful and easy to talk to and ask for help. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating when booking and gave me good advice. Unfortunately on the day of pick up the team were late, missing their time slot by 40 minutes. However they did ring to let me know and texted me to give updates of their ETA. When they arrived the loaders were exceptional. They were super-efficient and very friendly; I really couldn't fault them. It did go over the hour for loading 3 pods but because they were late arriving they said the extra payment would be refunded. All in all I am very happy with the service so far.

Excellent Service. Olly, Nigel and Akeem were really friendly and professional. They quickly packed our 2 bed flat into pods and were amazed how much they managed to fit into them. Would definitely recommend easy storage.

Such a brilliant & friendly service. On what could have been a stressful day, the guys were so helpful and calm with loading the pods. It was actually all smooth and stress-free. They are so professional with loading and maximising the space. I definitely recommend them and am so pleased that I didn’t go with the more expensive companies I got quotes from. A very happy customer!! :-)

The crew was friendly, efficient, and professional. I cannot recommend Easy Storage enough. Things are so crazy in the world right now, and I appreciate that booking with Easy Storage took something that would have been tremendously complicated with young twins, and an international move while moving into a house--to something very simple. Gary and Davie were brilliant. Very efficient and also pleasant and chatty. I had underestimated how much stuff we had and was worried it wouldn’t all fit in 3 pods but they managed to get it all in! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing storage and would use again without hesitation if ever I need it.

Excellent communication and service. Great help from the easystorage team to collect the keys from the renting agency and evacuate my flat while I was in Portugal due to the Covid restrictions.

Jeremy Sam and Natty arrived to move my whole house into storage. They were very friendly and extremely efficient they loaded the two pods with due care and attention I could not have asked for better
However they were unable to tell me where my home would be stored locally which was a bit worrying as Uxbridge was mentioned and I live in Essex that was the only fault
However on the whole I was very pleased with the service thank you Easystore
