We had a fantastic service from easyStorage in what was a most stressful time organising a house move two days before the Stamp Duty holiday tapering off at the end of June.
We would not have been able to complete if it wasn't for easyStorage.
Particular mention of Richard & Ben who collected the contents and ensured no damage with their loading organisation.

Would definitely recommend!
However, I had to pay for extra time which is fine and they took payment. But I am due a refund for a 3rd loader that didn't arrive on the day and I am still waiting for a refund.

I was so impressed with the outstanding service provided by this firm from start to finish. I have used this removals outfit before (the Easystorage franchise in Scotland), and as before the guys who handled my move today were helpful, courteous and extremely hard working. The driver showed impressive reversing skills too having to navigate an 18 tonne truck round a tight corner. Thank you to all the Glasgow based team at Easystorage, especially Tariq who has been so helpful and easy to communicate with. I would thoroughly recommend Tariq and his team for all your storage and removal needs.

A genius concept which cost us about a third of a traditional removal company. John and Jake worked so tirelessly and were a complete pleasure. The customer service from start to finish was flawless and I can’t recommend it enough. One note - the collection took 3 hours for 3 pods and we had quite close parking about 5 doors down the road so I would budget more than the suggested one hour for the collection.

Such a smooth process from start to finish. Really impressed with how efficient, value for money and painless the whole experience was. The staff are really clear and helpful on the phone. So useful to have a service that brings the unit to your front door, it was perfect for us as we didn’t need to be able to have access to the unit and didn’t mean we had the huge expense of hiring a removal van!

June 28 was a bad day to move. The van was one and a half hours late arriving as they had to build an extra pod. I was notified of their progress. Although the crew were all nice guys unfortunately an antique screen was broken which was a treasured possession. This is going to be taken care of by the insurance but it is a very difficult thing to replace. I am sure Easy Move are usually a great company but I feel they had taken on too many jobs on this particular day. They did however kindly provide me with a couple of free boxes.
