So far I've had incredible service by easyStorage. Iqbal, Ian and James were fantastic, friendly and extremely professional. Plenty of communication beforehand and turned up on time.
We required an additional pod which wasn't planned but Iqbal and Ian went out of their way to return later that evening and finished packing in the dark at 7 pm!
I'm hopeful we'll receive similar service for our return later this month but so far I highly recommend. Well done, easyStorage.

Sooo incredibly easy! No faff, no complicated rigmarole. Ordered and paid for pod over phone. Friendly men turned and and put everything in pod. Sealed it - gone. Visited pod and again, so easy. Darnell and Lee collected my belongings to go into Easy Storage today. Thank you to them for making it so straightforward. They were super-friendly and helpful, and it all went very smoothly. Plus, I didn't use one of the pods I booked so there is a refund on the way! Highly recommended!

Had a great experience with easyStorage - Gavin, Sam + team were communicative on the day about arrival time, really friendly and super efficient. I was removing a couple other big items from my flat the same day to take to the dump and they even helped me get them out to the car as they knew it would’ve been a struggle for me. So they really saved me and were so nice about it all - thanks a lot guys!

I recently used easyStorage and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The site manager I spoke to over the phone was polite, organised, and answered all my questions. On collection day, the removal team were friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful, handling everything with great care. Let's start with the positives: the packing service is excellent – the team is prompt, hardworking, and fast.
However, on collection day, they tried to charge us for an additional month, despite the initial fee covering a monthly storage period and the collection fee. Customer service hasn't explained why this error occurred.
A few days after collection, we were ready to book the return, but due to missing login details (their website was under maintenance), I had to contact them via email to request a quote. When I confirmed the booking date without receiving a quote, customer service tried to charge us again for the monthly fee, but not the return fee. We declined.
I called them, and they confirmed it was a system issue, assuring me it would be resolved, and I’d receive an email confirmation. No email arrived, and there’s been no update on whether the return is booked. Despite asking for clarification, I still haven't received any invoices to explain the supposed outstanding balance. I'm hoping they resolve this tomorrow.
Update: they resolved the billing issue and booked the return appointment. I'm giving back a start for that.
