Arrived within given time zone, received a call to advise they were on their way. Guys unloaded furniture with good cheer and quickly. Happy too with storage service for 8 months.
Only downpoint, the number for Glasgow facility is not clear on website and indeed, when I did get it was listed as a different company (Lomond) instead. I was left frustrated trying to speak to someone local about my pods.

Richard was a delight! He was efficient and courteous. I gave four instead of 5 stars only because Richard was on his own. I had a lot of boxes and I can’t imagine it was easy, but props to him, Richard did not complain and kept his smile. When I booked the website I saw there would be two people - I don’t understand why there was only one person?

Gareth and Louis made an Incredibly upsetting and stressful situation easy and worry free.
They turned on bang on time, and were confident throughout that my 18 years worth of life would fit into the 2 storage units booked (when I myself was not) the whole thing was done in under 2 hours I estimate and everything was clear and well understood.
I wouldn’t recommend many people involved in my moving, but I’d recommend them.

The most organised company in terms of the procedures and in the “moving industry” overall. Helpful people that are on time, we received texts and calls beforehand (30 mins prior to arrival). Well informed staff that makes moving a breeze. It is genuinely rare to come across such a responsive, well-organised and value for money company in any field. Five Star service. I was kept informed by email and on the day of my removal I was contacted to say they would be with me in 45 minutes. They turned up on time - Alan and James were lovely, they were very patient with me and took great care of my belongings; nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recomend easyStorage.

The whole process was amazing from start to finish. Easy to book and the 2 guys who came to remove everything were so friendly and efficient they took all the stress out of the day. They kept in contact on the day and talked me through everything they were doing and were able to get everything into one pod instead of 2. Couldn’t recommend this service enough.

I was expecting a slow process which would take ages to sort out all of the logistics and have all of my stuff moved out, but these guys were absolutely amazing! They were in and out in about 15 minutes with additional payment for a box being done in this timeframe aswell. Definitely recommend easystorage for students like me!

Great service. Two guys turned up and just got on with the job! It was all packed up neatly and safely, with blankets and protection added where required. Compared to hiring a van and doing it all myself, it was well worth paying for the service!

When it came time to get my stuff back the excellent service continued! It could not have been simpler. The guys just got on with it in a friendly but efficient way and all my things were put in the right rooms as requested. It really is Easy!!! I will use them again without question.

Darren was the absolute best - he made all the difference. The whole team was outstanding and worked so hard. They took us from London into storage then two months later out of storage to Dorset. They were punctual and polite. I never write reviews but Darren and his team were marvellous. Give Darren a pay rise he’s well worth it.
