I had a fantastic experience with Easy Storage! The team made the entire process completely stress-free. Unfortunately what was promised was not actioned in reality.

As agreed, I can offer you the 50% rate of £88.39 monthly ong,oing until the end of the year/December. This does not mean you have to stay till the end of year but that we will simply add this discount ongoing considering your situation, you have our utmost support during this time.
This means the two payments of £132.58 paid on 8th July will be partially credited to show £44.19 against each invoice to reflect the agreed rate of £88.39. The £20 late fee paid on 13th July will also be issued as credit against your account. This totals the credit of £108.39.
This covers the payment of July and gives a £20 credit against the account which I have now refunded back to your account- please allow a
couple working days’ notice for this to be reflected in your bank.

Communication was great, I got an email the day before confirming the appointment and a call before arrival.
The team were great, Darnell, Ethan, Lee, Loui and Gavin. They are professional, efficient, and didn’t complain, I can see they take pride in their work.
If Gavin wasn’t too sure about anything, he would ask me, he called me by my name which made me feel comfortable. The team were all polite.

Bradley, Jess & Selwyn were very friendly and put me at easy straight away that the job will be done with no issues, as moving can be quite stresful. They worked well together and they were very efficient even though they had a very long and difficult day.

Great service and really easy to book. On the day Louis, Zoltan and Zayn were fast, careful and incredibly efficient. Whole process took just 25 minutes for a very full 1 bedroom flat (over 30 boxes, 2 TVs, and multiple small units). I would recommend 2 pods for that amount of items.
