Wondering what to do with your little’uns this summer, especially if the good old British summer decides not to show its face for the next six weeks?

Planet Happy in Ripley have put their creative hats on and have come up with an amazing programme for the summer holidays.  With a different theme for each week and free games and activities, it looks like it’s going to be non-stop fun for the kids, come rain or shine.

MOVIE WEEK - 25th – 29th July 10am – 3pm

Monday 25th HARRY POTTER

Monday is going to be a magical experience. Activities will include face painting (we’re guessing scars will be the top request), a Sorting Hat Matching game and a Hogwarts Houses Scavenger Hunt, plus loads of wizard themed crafty things to make and do.

Tuesday 26th KUNG FU PANDA

Join the team in the search for the Kung Fu Panda Scroll and loads of other themed group games, make an animal mask, puppet or pipe cleaner animal.  Activities are suitable for all ages.

Wednesday 27th SUPER HERO DAY

Activities today will include making super hero masks and super hero play-dough, plus design a new power ranger and loads of Buzz Lightyear crafts as well. There will be a Find Buzz’s Manual and other action games and all activities will be suitable for boys and girls alike.

And to add to the excitement, Planet Happy is offering half price entry to anyone wearing Super Hero costume!!

Thursday 28th WINNIE THE POOH

Make Pooh’s face and a honey pot chain and colour in our exciting themed colouring sheets. Join in the Honey Pot Hunt and the Character Chase, or listen in Story Corner. Come and play with Winnie and Friends.

Friday 29th PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN

Our themed week ends with a swashbuckling day of Pirate adventure, including making pirate accessories, decorating biscuits and plenty of pirate themed games and activities, plus a special storytime.


Opening Times:

Planet Happy is open from 9.30 to 6pm Tuesday to Saturday, and from 9.30 to 4pm on Sunday and Monday.

Entry Prices:

£4.95 Weekends and holidays
£5.95  Wacky Wednesdays (includes meal, games and activities)
Price is for 2 hours play.
