Are you embarking upon or thinking about a project which could improve opportunities for people in Haverhill or improve the physical environment of the town? Would you like up to £5,000 for your project?
From Monday 29 September, groups and organisations can apply for up to £5,000 from a special grant pot, made available to ONE Haverhill by St Edmundsbury Borough Council.
The deadline for applications is Thursday 13 November 2014 at 10.00am.
Applications must demonstrate that the funding will make a real difference to the people of Haverhill, have clear objectives and plans for the project and how they will measure its effectiveness.
Applications are considered from groups which fulfil at least three or more of the following key criteria:

Sarah Howard, Chair of ONE Haverhill Board, said: “We have been very impressed with the wide variety of projects that have come to us for grant funding in the past few years. I would encourage anyone who is undertaking, or thinking of undertaking, a project which improves the lives of people in Haverhill to apply. A sum of £5,000 is a lot of money and could make a real difference to your project and your community.”
