A Lazy car boot starts at 8am, Trade stands by 9am.
The main show starts at 11am with a Fancy Dress competition and live music then there will be events throughout the day in the Arena and around the recreation ground. All trophies and winners will be announced approx 4pm and the show finishes approx 5pm with Nice Manors Band.
The four beneficiaries of the monies raised for 2013 will be:
Lamp H, The Food Bank, the Scouts & Guides and the elderly.
These charities / good causes were chosen because we wanted to help a wide spectrum of local people - the young, the disabled, the old and the vulnerable.
We have a Baby Show, Dog Show, Tug of War, Flower Competition, Cake Competition, Music, Dance, sporting events, An Anglo Saxon Camp and Sword Fighting Display, Classic & Vintage Cars, Rids and Bouncy Castles, Hog Roast, Indian Food, as well as the usual Burger Vans and Ice Cream Van. A coffee Stall, Beer Tent and Voluntary organisations, The TA with a mock Hospital & Truck and many trade stands and a car boot.
What we are still looking for is:
Trade Stands and events for the arenas, Raffle prizes, Marshals to help on the day, Organisers / helpers for the two event arenas on the day and help with sponsorship.
